Thanks for sharing this moment.
@yermo258 First Cosmonaut? are you crazy Russians have been going up there since the ISS began…
Thank you NASA for sharing on youtube. Watching the events from the ISS inspires me and make me dream of future when space travel will be as commonplace as air travel is today. I think sharing your activities in space, with your Ihpone app and websites, brings that future to us sooner, making more people strive to its realisation.
I am a software developer and I wish I could take part in the space exploration myself.
Women or long haired people: You should tie your hair on space. I’m a long haired man, so I’ll keep it in mind.
@LesPaul2006 they have tied their hair up. it’s all behind their heads, the beautiful thing is that that isn’t enough to keep it restrained. The only thing left is to make a long Chinese braid, but it would float around just as weirdly.

can all astronauts fly planes??
@SugaXcandi They are trained to fly NASA’s T‑38 jets when they are accepted as astronaut candidates.
Flying experience is not a requirement when applying to become an astronaut.
@SugaXcandi Unless you’re applying to become a pilot astronaut… then you obviously need flying experience.
