SDO Detects “Late Phase” Solar Flares
NASA,SDO,Solar,Flares
Data gathered by NASA’s Solar Dynamic Observatory show that a second, delayed wave of extreme ultraviolet radiation emanates from a solar flare well after its peak. This distinct “late phase flare” some minutes to hours later has never before been fully observed. The total EUV energy from this second EUV peak sometimes has more energy than the energy during the time of the X‑ray flare peak.

Could you explain why the satellite needs to display a hologram into space in more detail? Also, when can we expect to see this holographic technology in retail products?
@illustriouschin lol, its only a simulation
what is that solo chunk beside the middle bottom left of the sun , with that purple sdo video? ’ sdo blog ’ , someone implied it was a ‘moon in transition ‘~! , well the transition has been many months now, it sure catches the bit of sun flares to brighten its edges. months .!
It is simple
sun get angry, something happen.
Amenhotep IV was right.people did not like it much though.
Aten much? thanks.
was this late phase solar flare expected in an early phase or has it just been detected?
@ceferalvarezvallejo then I can say that X‑ray, then EUV late phase(late phase flare) provide Earth phenomenon like a earthquake, tsunami,Hurricane,Typhoon,Flood( which is shown by HARRP also).
there is something which we do not know yet.but we can predict what happens next from huge past data.
it will show the whole phenomenon around earth.
so solar EUV irradiance, and HARRP is important for space weather thanks
@ceferalvarezvallejo and also I can see using SDO’first solar phase and late solar phase, HARRP solar frequencies
we can detect by the difference of time among them the amount of extra energy using 3 equilibrium point analysis.
it means that it will show Earth’s atmosphere and phenomenon by space weather.I predict.
Amenhotep IV was right.people did not like it much though.Aten much? thanks.
