HTC Titan II 720p video sample

What lan­guage am i hear­ing in the back­ground? Im assum­ing thats some­where in Europe cuz of the DuaneReade.

I want to get the Titan II, but not sure if I should get that or the Lumia. This vid was­nt amaz­ing, but its pret­ty much on par with most oth­er smart phones.
