Jesus! no one better mess with you dude!
Interesting
Samsung! rape the world! damn
You need to replace your sarcasm detector.
Sarcartception? ha
I don’t like how you have to sign in with your manufacturers login. Then you have to rely on 2 servers being up, the manufactures and gaikai. And then if someone wants to get a new TV and it isn’t made by the same company, all bought game from Gaikai might be gone.
I’m not really opposed to the idea of cloud gaming, it’s just that the majority of the population in the world don’t have internet like those in Japan or Korea or Scandinavian countries and not to mention the latency. Just look at Diablo 3’s early debacle, although many problems has been solved but it made me feel insecure of this kind of service, especially latency and stability.
onlive ?
onlive announced they will bring it on LG tvs and google tvs
onlive works much better, for gaikai you need high speed internet to eaven be able to play. gaikai seems as just onother bad copy of onlive. Im not saying onlive is the best because it has its own problems.
Hopefully Internet will improve. People with internet will be more (wider userbase)
Just think about this like a few steps from Next-Gen gaming. Really this gets the best graphics the developers can give, without restraining anything because of the console hardware, or the PC userbase capabilities… Is just beyond our imagination. Can’t wait to see more of this soon… I’m Venezuelan, And our internet really sucks. But sooner than later, internet will improve, and we will start using this.Hope
sony
a computer at the other side of the world processes it for you
Same for PC
Sony owns Gaikai
Sweet, I hope there’s DUALSHOCK 4 support on all the supporting TV’s, Blu-ray players etc.
Unless TV start to come out with hard drives it will be over cloud
how the hell does this work guys? 0.o i mean… if gaikai is like this, can i play games with ultra settings on my shitty laptop? can anyone explain? :
Ha, this won’t be a common household thing for a veeery long time.
Don’t worry about it.
2014
Games are stored on servers. When you play a game, Gaikai sends you a video stream (like a youtube vid). By pressing buttons, you send back commands and Gaikai sends you back a video stream after having listened to your commands. Since the games are on servers, they could essentially have ultra settings for all of their games. All you would need is an internet connection.
ps4 rocks
Two months late pal, get with the times.
Holy shit you should go tell your mother. Go write a book about how you responded to a 2 month old comment you were offended by while your at. You’re the most socially awkward person I’ve met this week, congratulations.
Where do I get it, I couldn’t find it on the website 🙁
seems so long ago. I still have my TV
