charging for FaceTime data is Badong
Your editors need to pump their brakes. Has ATT even begun charging for FaceTime?
I world agree they need to do something that is awesomeood, not this.
It isn’t really some out there idea though. Many of the rumors are that they will charge, and they already charge for things they shouldn’t, like tethering. I should be able to use my data allotment for anything I want. Be it email, surfing, tethering, or facetime. Skype is pretty severely limited on several carriers.
No, because it’s not available yet. However, the popup notification for the additional charge has been found in the iOS code, as well as screenshots.
Buy unlocked phones and switch to prepaid.
So you think AT&T should be able to do this, and net neutrality shouldn’t exist?
very true.
Al franken is my hero
