Id easily pick the Droid DNA over the One X+. Droid DNA is the more powerful device with its S4 Pro CPU w. Adreno graphics, has slightly better battery life because of the S4’s 28nm as opposed to the 40nm one in the Tegra. The DNA has a larger, better 1080p S‑LCD 3 display which easily beats the 8 month old S‑LCD 2 on the One X+. Storage isn’t an issue because I only use about 5GB of storage anyway. Overall, the DNA has the most up-to-date specs and that’s what I like.
It probably drained faster because it got warm/hot
htc droid dna!! 🙂
you guys all need girlfriend’s
i would rather read a novel than watch honey boo boo kid singing.
I love my droid dna I got it a day ago I felt bad letting my Samsung galaxy s3 go but I love it and he’s says you can’t tell the screen bull I noticed it right away when I got it
And people there’s a thing called the cloud now days use it
Take both
M7
Does the DNA (which has been given the fruitier name of ‘Butterfly’ here in the UK) not have an SD card slot? Also, does the whole 4G factor not come into it when looking at memory and storage?
@Carbide195 the htc butterfly does include a micro ad card slot.
I go One X+…Design is way better, higher capacity, can handle THD games officially.
HTC droid dna is better…
HTC DNA… 1080p screen.
DNA easily.
No there is no SD card slot, 16GB is all you get and it’s not expandable. The battery is also not removable. I’m not sure about the 4G question

That’s a One X, not a One X+
yeah, you’re right…one x+ has red button isn’t it?
The US One X+ version has white buttons
Ma. The SLCD3 isn’t that much different. In fact I think it took a step back in terms of color reproduction. It odes give better viewing angles but that’s about it.
I would NEVER buy a phone with less than 2 gb RAM in this day in age. 1GB is not enough I don’t give a shit what anyone says. I made that mistake buying the Droid X and Droid X2 last yeear.
The DX2, even though the most powerful device in its prime on paper, was the biggest piece of SHIT I have ever used. The TEGRA 2 lagged and lagged even in the most trivial of fucking tasks. Single core phones took a shit on the DX2. Why? Because it ran 512 MB Ram LOL.
I just picked up the Droid DNA a fee hours ago and I have to say I Love It! This is the best phone I have had the pleasure of owning and I have just about owned anything worth buying. Excellent job HTC.
So does T‑Mobile
also because who needs more than 16GB.…well tht might be just me
not really I actually like it it’s professional and looks pretty cool branded on a nice device
At least the AT&T logo is simple and mildly attractive.
Thanks for the review. I was looking for a phone to replace my faulty one x and this video has helped me out. I do love the one x design and look more but the performance and battery life improvement with the S4 Pro on the Dna seems better to me. I do love htc and expecially the s‑lcd 2 display but i’m glad to hear when i get a dna i won’t be disapointed as i most likely would with another brand.
Lol this guy
thats a one x, not a one x+ it clearly says on the box and the one x+has red buttons and the one X has white
one x and one X+ sorry*
Yup. watching both phones go at by the specs, technology and for use and personal preferance, DNA all the way
AT and T model of one x plus has white capacitive keys lol 😀 you need to check it out
The DNA is comparable with any phone on the market today as as far as response and usability . If you are a heavy smart phone user this isn’t the phone for you though , the limited storage and battery capacity will not be insufficient . I got the phone for free and am not a heavy user , don’t know how you can be these days with the data caps. I did get the HTC 6000mah battery bank for on the go charging and that works great .
