That dis­play is not iPS look at that milky gray washed out shit. Can believe this thing sold for 1100 bucks with an abom­i­na­tion of a screen even for it’s time.

Tak­ing into account that this came four years before the Nin­ten­do Edge, this is actu­al­ly tru­ly impressive.

Dont buy this please… Wifi
First of all, the wifi card. Like most tablet, it’s not real­ly pow­er­ful and you need to be close to the wifi router to have a good sig­nal. That’s fair enough, all Tablets I have used are the same. But this tablet over­heat a lot when you play a game. It is designed for that so I’m not too con­cerned, but the back­slash here is that when it over­heats, the wifi card stop work­ing, mak­ing play­ing online video game impos­si­ble. I’ve found an alter­na­tive, which is to use a usb -> RJ45 cable, but that kind of defeat the pur­pose of a tablet. It’s also using the only USB port of the tablet.

USB
There is only 1 usb port. if you want to play, you need min­i­mum two (key­board and mouse), and anoth­er one if you want to play online (usb to rj45 con­vert­er). It means I had to buy an expen­sive mul­ti usb (pow­er cord ali­ment­ed) to play online with the tablet. Again, we’re loos­ing the mobil­i­ty of the tablet.

Add an extra mon­i­tor is impos­si­ble
Because it’s a gam­ing tablet, I’d like to enjoy it while play­ing on a big­ger screen some­times, but there is not a sin­gle con­nec­tor for that.

Micro­phone
The micro­phone inte­grat­ed in the tablet is quite weak, I need to shout when I want to talk to people

The sal­va­tion — The acces­sories
Raz­er devel­oped acces­sories to help you con­nect the Tablet to anoth­er mon­i­tor, adding extra USB, etc. This is fair game, you just need to pay a lit­tle extra. But the issue is that these acces­sories have been out of stocks for years now, and final­ly dep­re­cat­ed by razers.

Con­clu­sion.
This tablet is quite pow­er­ful, but use­less as it is now. You’ll end up buy­ing many con­vert­ers, mul­ti usb, etc. and it will sim­ply turn it into a desk­top PC, see­ing that you’ll have to move every­thing if you want to use it for gam­ing else­where.
If you man­age to get your hands on some acces­sories, that might be anoth­er sto­ry, but they only sell on ebay for a for­tune now.

why not just build or even buy a gam­ing PC at that price point?

You will get destroyed with a con­troller in the pc world.
