i mean every­one hav­ing inter­net is cool and all but does­n’t those com­pa­nies real­ize that peo­ple dying of hunger and lack of water with no elec­tric­i­ty com­put­ers or smart­phones and pret­ty much noth­ing don’t exact­ly want or need a way to check facebook

Now the gov­ern­ment will be able to spy on every per­son in the world haha.…

Check­ing your face­book is not the point, access to infor­ma­tion and knowl­edge is. The rea­son 3’rd world coun­tries are so poor is because of the lack of edu­ca­tion and infor­ma­tion. This project is obvi­ous­ly not tar­get­ing those with no elec­tric­i­ty or food , but those who have at least the bare min­i­mum to sup­port a some­what mod­ern life and that might end up influ­enc­ing their coun­tries future. Feed­ing the poor­est is only a tem­po­rary solu­tion, still nec­es­sary , but temporary. 

*by bare min­i­mum not my bare min­i­mum , stu­pid fin­gers , bad fingers 🙂

NSA does­nt track your brows­er but your inter­net con­nec­tion so it does­nt mat­ter if you use incog­ni­to or not 🙁

inter­net is a human right? what about water? maybe they should be con­cen­trat­ing on sup­ply­ing water to peo­ple who dont have it first, then maybe connectivity
