Aboard the Inter­na­tion­al Space Sta­tion, Expe­di­tion 38 Flight Engi­neer Rick Mas­trac­chio of NASA dis­cussed the progress of his mis­sion, research aboard the orbital lab­o­ra­to­ry and his thoughts at the hol­i­day sea­son in a pair of in-flight inter­views Dec. 13 with the Asso­ci­at­ed Press and space.com. Mas­trac­chio arrived at the sta­tion in ear­ly Novem­ber and will remain in orbit until mid-May of next year.
