In my opinion because I’ve used a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 3 and a iPad mini 4, I have to go with the Mini 4 because it’s speedy, consistent, up to date, and IT DOESN’T SLOW DOWN LIKE RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC!!!!
