Watch­ing this in 2021 won­der­ing if I can use the tablet thing for oth­er phones if it can fit in the slot

This was the first Unbox Ther­a­py I ever saw

This prod­uct should have got­ten more atten­tion… peo­ple try­ing to make phones into tablet by fold­ing but no one is think­ing about this🤦‍♂️

These should do these again with recent specs. What a bargain!

2021 and watch­ing… Wow! This is amaz­ing… Been here coz of watch­mo­jo vlog say­ing this was a flop device!

Here in 2021, we still don’t see any new iter­a­tion of this aston­ish­ing prod­uct. It’s crazy to see just how ahead of the time ASUS used to be. I def­i­nite­ly hope that any lap­dock mak­ers can take this idea and turn it as a uni­ver­sal prod­uct. Smart­phones of today are so pow­er­ful that it can eas­i­ly be used as a portable pock­et computer.

Watch­ing in 2021. Only if this worked.

I used this as a work phone when I worked at a major car­ri­er. So much poten­tial, and yet it would not receive a cel­lu­lar sig­nal with­in a week, sent it back as DOA which is basi­cal­ly plac­ing all blame for the return on the man­u­fac­tur­er. For­ev­er burned on Asus phones or tablets.

Jan 2022 = the phones are now pow­er­ful enough to replace the PC (for work and lite-gam­ing) and there are docks avail­able for a PC experience

Inven­tion 🤯

It is a very nos­tal­gic rewatch­ing this vid in 2022. Asus has been inno­v­a­tive and still search­ing for incred­i­ble until now, cool.

now, when pow­er­full SoC actu­al­ly makes it rea­son­able (lap­top dock for phone) — ven­dors stops doing it 🙁 I tried DeX , but it still not usable.
