Another ugly piece of crap from Samsung, sorry but I will take the Moto variant!
199? dude sign me up!
I might get one to SMASH UP !!! 😉
im waiting for moto 360
I quite like this the moto 360 is a lot nicer but I bet it will be more expensive and will sell out quicker too
This is all cool, but it doesn’t do enough to make me get this as a companion to a smart phone or tablet. It just seems a bit gimmicky.
I might be wrong, but they haven’t got a smooth running version of the OS yet but they are shipping the whole product on the 7th? Smh
previous and next track buttons are on separate pages, GOOGLE PLEASE RETHINK THAT.
what’s with the plastic band?! isn’t it high time for metal wrist bands?!
I don’t wanna look like a 14 year old chose it for me!!
Those damn bezels
The verge hates android I’m surprise he didn’t mention apple
Moto 360 is the best of all…
And Samsung, as always Lags.
Samsung gear live Seems nice but I honestly don’t see any difference between this and the gear 2 apart from the processing speed is 0.2 faster, honestly I don’t think that would be extremely important because it’s a small device and no heavy duty apps. I’m wondering because it’s on android now does it mean there will be more 1st and 3rd party apps? I’m thinking of getting the gear 2 (with camera) and seeing this I’m curious on what is different between gear 2 and gear live.

I’d be willing to pay more for a metal band, like the pebble steel
I wonder how this will compare to the first gen smart watches.
No snarky comments from this asshat??? I’m surprised!
I hate this thing…the moto 360 is nice much better than this cumbersome junk
Water resistant?
Is there a camera? And the bezels are so nice!
Why did they remove the home button. This is going back to the galaxy gear neo…
Guys which one should I buy gear 2 neo or the gear live? Please reply quick I am buying in july
Does it have a mic?
There is a pay-phone in the background in one of the shots. Very random for me to notice, less random for me to comment, not random that you were destined to read this.
Does it have a speakerphone; so we could hear google voice and answer phone calls?
An Android smart watch should be nowhere near the cost of a mid-range Android smartphone. Fraction of features/functionality ==> Fraction of the cost.
Grant them this iteration for introducing/novelty/courage, but 1‑yr from now, $99 would be about right.
compare to the other watches running the retail mode — he got super lag issue.
Will the Samsung gear live work with the lg g2 phone verizon
So several years ago some hardware shops had combination reflective (aka passively lit, aka e‑ink) and actively lit (conventional) displays. These are called ‘transflexive’ or ‘transflective’ displays. WHY THE HECK AREN’T APPLE/GOOGLE/SAMSUNG/EVERYBODY MAKING SMARTWATCHES WITH THESE COMBO DISPLAYS?!
Why the heck aren’t phones, picture frames, laptops, and even monitors using combo reflective/actively lit technologies, too?! Think of the eye strain that could be saved. Think of the battery strain that could be saved. In an age when hardware companies are so desperate they market gimmicks as progress, why not some actual progress?
