Ao assinar a Hughesnet Brasil/SP, para instalação na cidade de Paty do Alferes no estado do Rio de Janeiro, jamais poderia imaginar o que aconteceria no futuro.
Os primeiros contactos com a operadora no Brasil/SP, foram os mais auspiciosos possíveis. Pessoal educado e um certo ar de transparência que me fizeram comparar com os serviços similares oferecidos no Brasil acreditando que havia um respeito maior com o consumidor.
Estava tão enganada que, alguns anos depois, em 2019, por ocasião do aniversário da filha de uma pessoa amiga da região, resolvi fazer uma assinatura do serviço, também para ela.
Logo após, verifiquei que a qualidade do serviço estava muito abaixo do que era no inicio do contrato. O serviço além de caro, deixava muito a desejar.
Nessa ocasião, foi habilitado um serviço de internet na região, via fibra que, além de mais em conta, oferecia melhor qualidade.
A diferença de preço era tão importante que decidi cancelar o contrato da minha amiga e assumir a multa relativa à quebra de fidelidade, que na ocasião era algo em torno de 575 reais.
O distrato foi feito, depois de muitas tentativas e finalmente, no dia 29 de fevereiro de 2020, o equipamento foi retirado do endereço de minha amiga.
Como o serviço da região pela nova operadora era excelente, resolvi cancelar também o meu contrato com a Hughesnet.
Em abril, foi enviado um boleto no valor de 3.043,84 reais para mim, num email da oi, desativado pela propria oi. Não tomei conhecimento e somente no dia 10 de maio consegui acessar a Hughesnet e tomei conhecimento dessa ilegalidade. Não sei a que atribuir esse valor, tampouco consigo falar com a Hughes aqui no Brasil. Todos os acessos são interrompidos ou dificultados.
Necessito ajuda. Isso é extorsão ou, na melhor das hipoteses para mim, espero que seja SPAM.

the bottom line is the comcast doesn’t have to improve anything because all areas i’m aware of have no other options for the speed. so a customer doesn’t have a choice.
I’ve been ripped off by them for a few months now. My apartment complex got a deal from them for bulk internet service so i have to pay $40 on my rent now instead of paying comcast directly. But they are still charging me directly. I’ve called like 10 times over the last 3 months and i can’t get them to fix this. They always say they need to do this or that then call me back, but they either don’t call back or call while i’m at work and can’t speak to them when i’ve told them i can’t take calls at that time. I haven’t payed the most recent bill and on their website they’re threatening to disconnect me if i don’t pay in another 6 days. I’ve been paying double for at least 3 months and i’m not going to receive what i’ve been paying double for if i don’t allow them to continue to rip me off. I’m going to call again tomorrow and get really angry. And i am… it it didn’t mean jail i’d find one of the customer service centers and go down there with a baseball bat.
They have customer service? You cant even talk to a live person any more if your internet goes down.
Honestly the customer service reps are the root of the problem. I’m a Comcast tech. They promise a customer we will walk on the moon just to get a sale. Once we get there we are bombarded by “well the rep on the phone said this and that” it starts with the representatives. They are all about getting a sale and can’t solve minor technical issues over the phone. Hence us being called out
Glad I don’t have Comcast, couldn’t even get it as it’s not the cable provider that services our area, but they’re all pretty much monopolies, usually an area only has one broadband provider, if you’re lucky 2 or three. Compare that to the way it was with dial-up-slower, but a lot more choices.

Comcast business have no humanity, pandemic forces to close my business, and they refuse to help a five year costumer From home to business. They want to charge over $1800 for early termination fee after paid thousand of dollar and sometime for over charged . I just lost all my life Saving, worry to feed my family, mortgage, and put food on my table like million other out there . It sick to my stomach where, wonder how they can sleep at night. I’ll call fcc for help

I don’t agree with the recommendation to tone down on contracting and outsourcing.… Comcast is able to keep their rates low to consumers in comparison to their competitors by contracting… When this is done in house it means now their cost of service will drastically increase, people will begin to switch to cheaper alternatives, or in instances were this does not exist disconnect services they do not use frequently… Holding contractors and outsourcers more accountable is a better approach.…
So, where can I find the Confessions series?
Still the same way today. Its horrible my internet stops for 2 hours then comes back every day
Another reviewer subscribed for the free version of Peacock and he said
you only get the first year of episodes for NBC TV shows.
To see subsequent years you have to get the $5 per month version.
Tone down the incentives? The based pay is complete rubbish! If you take away or remove incentives the based employees couldn’t survive at the job. What they should do is increase or provide an incentive for solving the customer issues.

Beware of calling Xfinity Comcast main 1800 number!
Xfinity Comcast I been calling for hours to ask about my bill extra weird chargest they don’t even know my preferred email I’ve had for 20 years! When I called they give me a couple of digits to the email to verify it’s me I never use and it is not my preferred email for 20 years!
Each call is a different Xfinity customer service scammer one said my package has ended when it did not. They don’t know the right amount my bill is. This list of goes on. I am still trying to reach Xfinity right now to reach a person who knows a couple of letters or numbers to my preferred email so I can find out about the high fees that is added to my bill for no reason.
I refuse to give them my last 4 social or my account numbers 🤣
I looked at my account information for hours and when i text them they play games not answering. Sending me all around the merry go bush the money chance the wissle!

The main number to Xfinity has scammers now and I told them they are scammers and gave I them no information.

I tried calling, texting and chatting online but no answer. Something is wrong. I can’t talk to anyone because you won’t answer phone. Overcharging on my autopay, that was supposed to be a discount with autopay. Company is on the downlow. Do not go with them. Whats bad is they are all out of control!!!!! Where is the FCC and the Government watching them? Its shocking that there are so many complaints with no help in sight!!!!!

I’ve been lied to constantly by the outsourced customer service or they repeat to me what i just told them or they put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time to tell me what i just told them… Liars and swindlers the lot of them… They gotta be traveling in a clown car…
Newsflash. When you want tech support, they only want to sell you something. They train agents on support for like the first week, the rest of training is sales oriented.
Comcast doesn’t care.. It’s corporate greed, outsource jobs overseas pay them very little and collect everything coming in.. Corporate greed doesn’t care about the customer anymore.. There’s only a few other options, they know that, and they don’t care if they lose people.. It’s not going to effect them..
You can not get “real” customer service. You speak to someone that speaks broken English and can’t really help you!
