Aboard the Inter­na­tion­al Space Sta­tion, Expe­di­tion 40 Com­man­der Steve Swan­son and his crew­mate Flight Engi­neer Reid Wise­man of NASA field­ed ques­tions Sept. 2 about life in orbit from stu­dents gath­ered at the INFINITY Sci­ence Cen­ter — the com­plex that serves as the visitor’s cen­ter at NASA’s Sten­nis Space Cen­ter in Mis­sis­sip­pi. Swan­son will return to Earth next week to wrap up a 5 1/2 month mis­sion on the sta­tion, while Wise­man will remain in orbit until ear­ly November.
