How about the blu phones selec­tions which com­pete with the Motoro­la line up. Also what about oth­er ones not men­tioned on your chan­nel. We know what’s good but what are oth­er ones. I feel like you should switch it up. 

I use the Sam­sung Galaxy core Lte it’s 180 dol­lars unlocked and it runs 4.4.2

I rec­om­mend buy­ing a slim thin case for the Aqu­os Crys­tal. Reg­u­lar cas­es will sit on top of the screen mak­ing some tasks — like pulling down the noti­fi­ca­tion bar — annoying.

Hey Joshua,big fan! I have an impor­tant query.I can’t decide which smart­phone to buy.The HTC One E8 or Moto X(2014).So far I’ve only been able to ascer­tain two points of dis­tinc­tion, the E8’s cam­era is slight­ly bet­ter and the Moto X is a tad faster.For me a smart­phone is a 2–3 year pur­chase and I was won­der­ing which of these two phones would be bet­ter a year from now when it comes to android updates?

Great list. Any chance we will get the top 5 phablets under 350 any­time soon? I have been want­i­ng a 5.5 inch or high­er phone and have been doing com­par­i­son with the ZTE Zmax and Blu Stu­dio 6.0 and Blu Stu­dio 5.5. As phone prices come down some con­sumers are look­ing for the phablets expe­ri­ence at a low cost. 

Have been check­ing out that Sharp Aqu­os for some time now.….   damm­m­m­mit all to Hell tho, it’s only avail­able on Sprint &/or their MVNO/Boost, etc.  Of course… there’s be NO Sprint cov­er­age any­where near where I live..  sur­pris­ing­ly, in the sub­urbs of a MAJOR city… yet only Ver­i­zon has clear cov­er­age here.  Wish it was unlocked!!  Esp wish the U.S was ever to get their Japan only Aquos‑X ver­sion tho..    I had a high­er end phone but for what the Sharp Aqu­os itself, is.….. it seems real­ly good.  Plus, just LOVE the looks/fit/form/function of this lit­tle (or not so lit­tle.. lol) thing!  The whole non-bezel thing is just so dif­fer­ent from all oth­ers out there (that have start­ed to pret­ty much all look the same these days)  Did heard from some­one who has one.. that its “inte­grat­ed ear­piece” through vibra­tion of the screen fea­ture… works shock­ing­ly & incred­i­bly well.. crys­tal clear (no pun intend­ed) calls.. & a real­ly decent, loud back-speak­er too.  They said the only thing to get used to… was how the front cam­era had to be put on the bot­tom & that it need­ed to be flipped com­plete­ly upside down to take pictures/video on the front cam­era; Altho they also report­ed it’s some­thing peo­ple will get used to VERY quick­ly & will adjust.… no prob­lem.  See, appar­ent­ly… once ya check out 1 or 2 of those “ultra flat­ter­ing upside-down & up your own nose” shots in the gallery… it’ll become a no-brain­er! =P lol   My only wish is that the US was get­ting the “X” ver­sion.…  AND that it was “unlocked”.  =/   For those w/ sprint cov­er­age tho.….….…..  >$100 (& even less on sale) offer­ing size, looks, func­tion, sharp­ness, speed.…  and cur­rent 4.4 kk, etc…  on a Sprint OR pre-pay off con­tract plan… win­ner win­ner chick­en din­ner, imho! 🙂

Xiao­mi Red­mi 1S is the best phone.

I think the best bud­get smart­phone under 250 dol­lars is Xiao­mi MI3 16GB. It has a very fast snap­drag­on 800processor,2GB RAM and 5 inch 1080p display..All for around 235 dol­lars. Also there are oth­er cheap­er phones that are bet­ter than MIUI G like Asus zen­phone 5, Xiao­mi red­mi note etc.
Though the orig­i­nal MotoG was an excel­lent bang for the buck, I don’t feel the new MotoG is so because now the com­pe­ti­tion is much more fiercer in this segment. 

If they stick 4G on the Moto G 2014, I’ll buy one in a hearbeat.
