This guy reminds me of David Schwimmer for some reason…
good interview, did what any reporters should do, proabably sounded a little aggresive but its not about him or her its about the product
Seems like the interviewer was being very rude to the man she was interviewing. She’s bashing on everything he says.
She is really passive aggressive in this interview. Not very comfortable to watch.
Why does every journalist open with FUD? Do they think it makes them look smart? Pro tip: it doesn’t.
She is a god awful interviewer, she’s not very well spoken, repetitively attacks him on the same subject and is seriously ignorant on the subject.
” How on earth bitcoin can be more useful.… compared to everything in this hall? ”
Dumb bitch, why dont you research about the “internet of things” ? Hint: things connected to the internet are not smart properties. While utilize blockchain technology, things thats connected to the internet can be smart properties.… meaning they can know who owns them, make decision based on smart contracts…
Get rid of her…
She was wayyy too harsh like when he said bitcoin would be more impactful than the Internet she just snapped on the guy
It’s not “Bitcoin was hacked”. That’s like saying, if Citibank were hacked, that “The US Dollar got hacked, oMgz!! :(“
BitStamp, a private company that deals in Bitcoin, had lousy security implementations, and was consequently hacked. People who do not use BitStamp, and instead store their bitcoins on their own hard drives using MultiBit, Bitcoin Core, Armory, Green Address, etc were completely unaffected.
Also, calling Bitcoin technologists “true believers” is inaccurate and stupid. That’s like going to Wall Street and referring to quantitative analysts as “true believers in this silly mathematics stuff or whatever these nerds are calling it”.
Bitcoin is a technology, like an internal combustion engine or an LCD screen, not a philosophy or religion that one must “believe in”.
Poor interview, Tony at least had solid responses. Maybe she should go back to working for R. Murdoch then?
What the fuck was this? She was being way too rude, this is precisely what you don’t want from a journalist… Even if she has invested in BitCoin / lost money because of them, she has no right bringing that to this. Fuck her.
You are rich !!! Donate :1P3nBu2mKEg4kdzLMeRR7Xexr8kQDnp9um
thanks
Dumbass reporter
worst tech interview I have ever seen. The Verge should have higher standard than this
Hate to say it but the girl seems a bit harsh at times. Grilling this guy..
Wow. She’s an asshole.
Wellll, we learned two things from this interview, maybe three. The interviewer is not aware economically or technologically. Both are fine, and I would say — expected. Anyone remember the first time they explained the internet to their parents? She probably did a bunch of surface level research based on news from the passing day, and that is fine as well. But the point at which she becomes what I would say is argumentative about a topic she didn’t even care to research is a bit over-the-top. Had her convictions came from a basic understanding, I would have sympathy.
Bitcoin haters gonna hate!
I’d appreciate any donations. Lost most of my money in Bitcoin bubble

Bitcoin is dead and for suckers stick with precious metals
Bitcoin is a bubble.
Early adopters got rich of it though.
“This and that is a bubble”.
Everything is a bubble you dumb fucks. Your own life is a bubble: You are born, live then die.
Bitcoin is barely getting out of the womb as we speak. Get on it or cry later.
4:35 I just wanted to slap her
I dont see how people will want to use bit coin ? There is no government goons with guns to control its inflation or flow … Without over-sight by government I feel so lonely when I spend.….
Like we are concerned with what she wants and likes… Also there are projects in the works designed to bring internet to the entire world… Elton musk wants to do this and he is one person I think can and will pull it off… He’s probably not the only one with that goal either… It’s in everyone’s best interest to have everyone have access to the Internet.
how awkward was this interview?
Anyone else get the, “bitch vibe” from Natasha?
I’m not sure how safe Bitcoin is , Any else feel this way ?
Verge, next time bring an informed professional journalist. She was rude, didn’t really know much about the crypto-currency space, and asked the same questions multiple times. I really do like the channel, but I give this video a thumbs down.
NOBODY BECOMES A MILLIONAIRE OR A BILLIONAIRE BY WORKING FOR OTHERS AND DEPENDING ON THEM, GOOD INVESTMENT BRING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, AND CONSISTENCY BRING BILLIONS, THE MARKET IS ALL ABOUT BTC AT THE MOMENT NOW.….….
Who’s still watching this after 8 years🤣
