damn it Sony! please let this be just a rumor.For god sake pleaseeeeeee dont exit the mobile busi­ness. I love sony Xpe­ria series phone.

If Sony was to drop non Z Series sup­port, they should at least make the source avail­able, that way the XDA/Open Com­mu­ni­ty could expand their lifes­pan and the num­ber of Sony users won’t decrease that much.

I hope u guys real­ize the LACK of ADVERTISING is whats killing u. Same goes for HTC. I have yet to see a com­mer­cial for any Xpe­ria phone (prob­a­bly nev­er will now). Apple and Sam­sung adver­tise the most and guess what? They have the biggest mar­ket share.

I hear Sony is going to only con­cen­trate on Playsta­tion now. If that’s true then, they are the future of gam­ing. Sad to see them leave the rest of this busi­ness behind.

I don’t see how this exper­i­ment will work out for google, how many nexus 6 were actu­al­ly sold espe­cial­ly because of that hor­ri­ble launch they had and lim­it­ing it to the two small­est net­work car­ri­ers in amer­i­ca out of the big 4.. But hey mon­ey is every­thing if they make the price super low I’m sure some peo­ple will give it a go

I am very inter­est­ed to know more details on this. I want to know about hotspots from the device main­ly and of course unlim­it­ed data. How much I won­der? I won­der about root­ing and hack­ing.. google is smart hmm

I’m not sur­prised that that Google Wire­less only works with the Nexus 6, first it’s just a test and sec­ond what oth­er phone has all of the nec­es­sary bands for this to work seamlessly.

I think Leno­vo should buy the Xpe­ria brand if in case it is a brand like Vaio. That would make Motoro­la and Leno­vo stronger with the water­proof tech­nol­o­gy and oth­er stuff that makes Xpe­rias great
