I wondered for a long time why NASA used this tower
wow
Nasa : Critical design … since 1959
SpaceX : First test completed successfully …
can someone please enlighten me why people accuse nasa of lying?
SSL & Orion is just a waste of time and resources
Nobody believes anything NASA has to present anymore. They do a terrible job of presenting information & photo’s with objects blurred out or covered almost every day. A publicly funded organization designed to give the public full disclosure and all they do is lie and hide. Really sad. Insulting too.
Space Launch System means that is something different from a heavy lift rocket?System stay’s for what?
it’s depressing just how many idiots have access to the internet
What’s up with all the conspiracy theorists flooding nasa’s threads? Was there some viral video that did the brainwashing?
Leaf a like
HISSSSSS
Are there any Reptilians in space? HISSSSSSSSS
If the shuttle had that, we could have saved seven astronauts. I guess some genius decided we didn’t need that.
Que loucura cara
Why build a station on mars when you could build on the moon? It’s right next door and you did went there multiple time with tech lower than my cellphone.
Or you are just a giant vacuum of tax payer money? Or a marketing arm of Hollywood for the next big release of the Martian? Or both?
WHat is up with all the dislike. I think this Launch abort system is genius
Why are these videos so short and simple?
Dear NASA, can you please kindly provide me a link to the original, unenhanced1969 footage of Armstrong’s step off the ladder that may have aired live, not the simulation?
All I’m finding online are simulations listed as the raw footage, complete with an unsuited human crawling on the ground as someone with a spacesuit steps off ladder and a prop falls, meanwhile while camera is shaking (was it a windy day on Luna?)
Why is NASA disabling comments on videos?
NASA, when will we start seeing designs for things like the mars ascent vehicle?
those escape towers are all built and tested since the Mercury days at Orbital ATK’s test facility in Promontory Utah their job is to get the crew away from the rocket and the launchpad if the rocket explodes.
I think the money would be better spent on helping the homeless and others in need. It breaks my heart to see all the struggles here. Why spend billions to go to Mars.
LAS is nothing new. We had those during Apollo. I’m interested in what we’re going to do about the radiation.
This is the worst comment section I’ve seen
