Wrong for anyone to compare these nothing close to similar. Ones a computer because it runs windows and ones a tablet.

This is almost an objective comparison, except for the praise for Apple Pencil on any iPad. I tried it several times whenever I dropped by an Apple Store, and that thing is so feather-like (bad) and lacks a secondary button which is kind of essential for an electronic pencil.
Finally, ridiculously enough, iOS for iPad has no built-in handwriting panel to write on, despite all the advertisements on its pencil. All-in-all even my Apple-fan girlfriend couldn’t allow herself to pay for that inferior experience compared to what my over 2 years old Surface Pro 4 offers.
For an honest review, it should be really hard to give any praise to Apple’s Pencil over what Surface Pro offers.
Plus, let’s not forget the beautiful magnetized attachment of the Surface Pen to the Surface Pro/Book.

Biggest difference is BATTERY LIFE
I’ve had Surface Pro 4, now I have an iPad Pro. For people considering both: Don’t buy Surface Pro unless you HAVE to have a windows laptop! SP is really good in every way except battery life. I don’t see any point in having a such thin device when it only lasts 3 hours (just Youtube streaming and nothing else) and you have to be stuck to a wall socket. On the other hand iPad Pro can easily last more than 8 hours, I can usually 2 days without charging with average usage. Sometimes it lasts a full week if usage is sparse! So go with iPad Pro uless you have to have a windows machine, in which case I would recommend Spectre X360, I heard it has much better battery life than SP.
I prefer surface more than fuxxing ipad
What’s the comparison? The surface screen starts to flicker and you’ll regret spending 1k on it. Don’t buy it, I’ve learned that the hard way.

One of the best epidsode of VERSUS, but I’m still thinking what to buy because not I’m using the 15 inches 2015 — you know, it’s kinda heavy and I can’t bring it everywhere with me. Hardly the full picture I’m afraid. The surface is a terrible device as a tablet, while an average laptop at best with those terrible battery life.

here’s a news flash: once you get MSOS, you have to pay huge amount of money everymonth to Adobe. there is no alternative competitor of same quality. when you get iOS, there are tons of applications in perfect quality which are only $10~$20 and lifetime update.

My opinion is for laptop id say surface for tablet for iPad
And Windows now has a desktop-like tablet interface that is phenomenal for use as a tablet, but of course, you can still run all your favorite Windows applications. Interesting how times have changed.
