The Roli Seaboard Rise uses touch sensitivity to provide key players more dynamic range than a standard keyboard. The result is an instrument that can manipulate note values in the same way that a guitar or keyboard can.

noise is hella annoying lol

didnt know jon snow could play the keyboard
>$800
>I’m buying one
One of the coolest things at this CES
A lot like the app Noise 5D
What is the song that he play. It sound like Pink Floyd ??
Nope. I like the feel of pressing actual keys.
Very amazing 😮
So he made an electric sitar.
That sax sound is incredible
This isn’t a fucking piano.
I don’t know shit about music, but i still want to buy this. Fucking amazing.
piano is just a Gaelic harp turned sideways enclosed and hit with mechanical keys
Gaelic culture was so despised harp playing was vulgar so the piano was invented to disguise its presence within a mechanism
this keyboard fixes that old Gaelic hate
Nice to see that ROLI gets more and more publicity.
Can you use it as a MIDI keyboard?
Sick
Really cool!
Soooo coool
That is so cool..
There have been keyboards like this before and nobody uses them. Given the right synthesizer you can produce those sounds on any hardware… like an LPK25 and an LPD8 for 100 bucks.
This has the potential of changing the future of music
I am professional piano player for a living. I would not buy this. Yes, it’s a cool invention. But you won’t be able to move fluently around the keys due to the poor action and therefore not ready for professional use. I will stick to my Nords.
I’d like it if it didn’t sound like a guitar to the fullest extent. If it sounded like a piano and was pulling off those sounds I’d be impressed but it sounds like you just put guitar notes on a futuristic keyboard
Hi guys check this new Android Piano keyboard.
It plays music while you type

Live Musicians are drooling at the mouth right now.…..
So. Cool.
It’s as if he’s never heard of Keytars or something… I understand the Seaboard and Keytars are not the same products physically, but his pain points regarding the Sax and Guitar getting all these notes and solos are negated by the Finnish power metal bands of the 90’s and 00’s.
Roland — that’s a good name for instruments creator
Just wow.
I NEED ONE ❤
Incredible…Take.My.Money Now!
Wow that’s amazing you’ve taken all the skill out of learning an instrument!…
hope this becomes the future of music and not been just forgot
Um… no offense, but my Yamaha PSR-540 has a pitch bend knob that does the same exact thing, and it’s from the 1990’s.
Whoa his name is literally Roland and he competes with Roland
What is it’s name
