Out­side the Inter­na­tion­al Space Sta­tion, Expe­di­tion 46 Flight Engi­neers Yuri Malenchenko and Sergey Volkov of Roscos­mos con­duct­ed a space­walk Feb. 3 to install exper­i­ment pack­ages on the hull of the Russ­ian seg­ment of the com­plex and retrieve oth­er exper­i­ments that have been gath­er­ing data for sev­er­al months. It was the 193rd space­walk in sup­port of space sta­tion assem­bly and main­te­nance, the sixth in Malenchenko’s career and the fourth for Volkov.
