Fitbit’s new fitness watch is a little smarter than the company’s other products. It’s got a great screen and does a good job tracking your daily activity. But it’s no smartwatch.

no GPS, that kinda sucks
Pay $50 more and get a 38MM Apple Watch
4/20 blazin’
unfortunately its so ugly with the bezels
wait, you are actually wearing beats? aren’t you the resident audiophile?
I am interested but it has to have accurate heart rate monitor during exercise and he said it wasn’t. Deal breaker. Bad charger and it looks pretty cheap especially that band. The $100 leather band looks like it cost $2. I prefer the surge.
I can’t decide between Fitbit Blaze and ASUS ZenWatch 2 :/
Or you could buy a Microsoft band…
the main problem with all fitbits are the lack of sleep data, just how long you slept unlike Jawbone that shows you light & deep sleep but jawbone bands don’t have displays, so currently no do a good job.
No thanks. I’m sticking with my Charge HR.
Though I like your music selections, sometimes you lack audio balance and the music competes with the voiceover.
I currently have the Charge HR and it doesnt track when you are cycling. Fitbit told me the Surge or the Blaze will be best for that. This is my reason to upgrade to either
This is by far the worst review video ever. LOL!
the ability to have the music controls on my wrist without having to pull my bloody phone out of my pocket is worth 50 bucks to me I guess.
I would hate working out with my phone
Im going to buy the charge HR until the Apple watch 2 drops
They really need to add routes without having your phone with you. Garmin beats this watch for the money…
bugger off
Blaze vs Apple Watch. The blaze looks good and feels good and that’s where the good stops. Mine stopped pairing 11 days in. The screen is color but equivalent to a standard definition TV. To wake the watch raise your wrist but The tap feature made me tap it really had. Charging sucks you have to remove it from the bezel and charge it in a VERY cheap charger. Overall it would be worth it for a tops of $79 not $200.
Apple Watch is what I got to replace the blaze. I got the Apple Watch Sport 42 MM space gray. I got an open box one from bestbuy which was in perfect condition for $259. I absolutely love the watch and at this point don’t have a bad thing to say.
I loved it
he wants something that is supposed to promote fitness to have Twitter and Facebook. I think you are missing the point
Ive been using the blaze for over two weeks and you can change the settings in the app to receive facebook and email notifications as well as notifications for any other apps you have installed on your phone. Just fyi
There are notifications on the watch for every app that delivers notifications to your phone…
So its garbage.. Thank you.
You can do social media notifications. Just go to the app and then notifications. You can search almost any app on your phone.
Much has been updated since this review via software. I was surprised watching this.
The Blaze now has notifications for Facebook, Whatsapp and more !
Are these review people all stupid? its not a smart watch its a fitbit!!!!! social media and apps like it make you a lazy. hence no extra crap.
i think if you want twitter, facebook, blah blah blah you really need to stick to your phone or tablet. so tired of people complaining about one item that won’t do everything.
Hope it’s more reliable than the Surge. I’m already on my second Surge under warrenty and that now has to be replaced, due to problems. They offered me a new Surge, or 50% discount on a new model.
I have to go for the discounted new model, as I don’t want another broken Surge in a years time.
I’ve gone for the Blaze, so let’s hope it lasts. I see that they’ve finally got it that not having an easy to change strap meant that customer had to have the whole unit replaced for a strap problem. That must have cost them a lot in replacements. Then again, the cost price of these things would probably shock us, if we knew it.….…
2:38 — OMG got one of these on order and hadn’t seen the recharge setup.
That “little plastic housing” looks like it’ll last a few weeks before
breaking.
But can I listen to SoundCloud on this?
I have a question. I got a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas in 2016. Now Christmas 2017. Do I have to upgrade to a newer Fitbit Blaze 2017 or is it the same with little or no changes? Need to know. Many thanks.
I actually wouldn’t recommend the Blaze at all. After I had the Blaze for about a year, the battery would drain more quickly than usual. I reached out to Fitbit support about it and had to practically beg for any kind of replacement. They replaced the tracker, but after a few months, it started having the same issue again. When I reached out to Fitbit support about it the second time, the best they could do was offer a discount to purchase another Fitbit product. But why would I want to buy another Fitbit when I have no confidence that any of its other products would have any better battery performance? I’m seriously looking into other fitness trackers outside of Fitbit.
This kid barely exercised, it’s a FITNESS WATCH, stupid.
Background music too loud
Hey I have Fitbit blaze ( Small) Mfg 2018 .. Can I know it’s resale value? I heard it has been discontinued by the brand now.
