NASA TV aired a prelaunch sci­ence brief­ing dur­ing which sci­en­tists and researchers dis­cussed some of the inves­ti­ga­tions to be deliv­ered to the sta­tion aboard Orbital ATK’s Cygnus car­go space­craft. Orbital ATK is tar­get­ing Sun­day, Oct. 16 at 8:03 p.m. ET to launch Cygnus aboard an Antares rock­et on the company’s sixth mis­sion to the Inter­na­tion­al Space Sta­tion. Live launch cov­er­age from NASA’s Wal­lops Flight Facil­i­ty will begin at 7 p.m. on NASA Tele­vi­sion and the agency’s website.
