The end­ing of the con­ver­sa­tion made me realy won­der if Oleg is per­form­ing clas­sic KGB lying when Oleg dif­fer­en­ti­at­ed label­ing Oswald as a Tor­na­do when Robert Bear said he was more like a Tick­ing Time Bomb. Oleg’s clar­i­fi­ca­tion was Tor­na­dio because a Time Bomb is made with oth­ers assitance.
