Absolutely not. Samsung gave them the option to return the device or trade it in for another product. Samsung doesn’t owe you anything, you’re buying a phone that you’re going to use everyday for at least a year.

Y’all need to stop trying to milk a situation. Samsung took the steps to stop the distribution and to issue refunds. That was your break. I feel like LG is the one who should’ve gave G4 users a break, I owned 2 and both of them suffered that boot loop destiny. I’ve not bought anything LG since then.

I had a note 7 I stayed with Samsung s 7 edge its in perfect shape I hope they give me a deal on note 8 like take my s7 edge back and kill the rest I owe and pay full price for the note 8 but if I had to pay off a phone I didn’t want is slapping its customers once again and it wouldn’t be good for Samsung.I had 3 note 7 and had to give the last one back.
