Qual­i­ty does­n’t seem so crisp

Well thank good­ness I watched your video, nowhere has LG indi­cat­ed that cine log is not avail­able with the wide-angle lens. It is impor­tant to me that the wide-angle and stan­dard footage be con­sis­tent. How can you keep clips con­sis­tent in a project when LG does­n’t even let you use cine log record­ing for the wide-angle?!

Does the LG V30 have a cam­era option sim­i­lar to Sam­sung’s Live Focus or Apple’s Por­trait Mode/Portrait Lighting/depth of field? I’ve yet to see any­one show this in any video reviews.

I was ready to pull the trig­ger on this phone until I heard about boot­loop­ing and soft- and hard-brick­ing with pre­vi­ous V‑series phones.
What guar­an­tee is there that this phone will last even half as long as my iPhone 4S (which I’m still using)?

Have you had sync issues when film­ing in 4k and hifi audio enabled? When­ev­er I play­back my footage on my phone the audio is about 1 sec­ond off from the footage.

Does the wide angle mode require hold­ing the phone upright (Por­trait) only since the lens­es are side by side in this posi­tion or can the phone also be held horizontally?

This is all use­full info I’m sure but it does­n’t do me any good because I have not yet been able to even fig­ure out how to access the god­damn video cam­era func­tion. Why cant they have it labeled with words a lit­tle cir­cle but­ton that says video. I swear I wish I could slap who ever designed this func­tion in the face.

I have the lg v30 but im expe­ri­enc­ing dif­fi­cul­ties with voice notes on whats app. I tried lit­er­al­ly every­thing. I even changed the entire phone (waran­tee) but the prob­lem stayed!!! The prob­lem is when im record­ing a voice note and there is back­ground noise the qual­i­ty of the voice note becomes so bad u can bare­ly under­stand whats being said. Do u have this prob­lem? I wan­na know if its a soft­ware prob­lems cuz i sent my phone twice now to be fix but they returned it say­ing there is no prob­lem at all. Keep in mind that when i record an audio using hd recorder there is no prob­lem at all.

Sony xpe­ria xz2 or lg v30? I have used sony xz2 rear cam­era before, it only focus my face so that was awesome.…but is this Lg v30 was like xz2?

I know im 4 years late, but if you want to play with log footage you NEED lg’s offi­cial log luts from their web­page to fix the col­ors, oth­er­wise you still get weird col­ors when you col­or grade
