Google Pixel 2 Review: This Thing is Smart!

The Pix­el 9 Pro is out and I’m watch­ing the Pix­el 2 video

This is not worth your mon­ey and time. You can’t save your con­tacts on your sim card, there’s no music play­er, there’s no voice recorder, you have to down­load that from the app store and they’ll steal your infor­ma­tion 100%. You can’t also use ana­log usb ports (like the rest of the world) google specif­i­cal­ly want you to buy their over­priced garbage. Avoid like the plague.

Now in 2022 we have the Pix­el 6 6pro and 6a

I miss this phone. It was the clos­est thing to get me out of the Apple ecosys­tem. Sad­ly, noth­ing has done the job since.

It is SO fun­ny, so inter­est­ing to see that we loved phones that weren‘t that advanced as they are now

About to get my Pix­el 7 Pro arrive tomor­row and I’m watch­ing Mar­ques review the Pix­el 2 XD

Watch­ing this in 2022 and own­ing a Pix­el 7; I feel like this is a phone I could pick up today and it would do almost every­thing I’d want from it. I don’t know if that means smart­phone tech has stag­nat­ed or if phones like the pix­el and iphone just got it so right years ago and there’s not much left to do. There was a time, in terms of home com­put­ers, that if you tried to use one that was 5 years old­er than what you had, it’d be basi­cal­ly impos­si­ble. The Intel Pen­tium replaced the 486 in less time. 

I had a Pix­el 2XL for about a year, and while I loved the soft­ware, I hat­ed the screen qual­i­ty. I noticed the col­or shift at even the slight­est off-angle view­ing. It actu­al­ly turned me off to Pix­el phones until I decid­ed to jump on the 7, and I’m glad I did.

This was the pin­na­cle of a review a phone can get, I still think it is. Although I was watch­ing Mar­ques from a real­ly long time but this was the video that made me realise how good this guy is in this industry.

Its not worth using pix­el 2 in 2022 if you want to use retro tech I have it and the cam­era isn’t great don’t know why peo­ple still say it holds up til this day it’s also lag­gy with every­thing ful­ly updat­ed. Pix­el 4 and above are the ones to use for 2022 and beyond if you like old­er gadgets.

This is 2023😊 and am watch­ing this review to buy a pix­el 2xl

Today is April 2023. I have this device for 5 years, I bought it new in the box. This device is very cool. How­ev­er it has a weak bat­tery. Even a new bat­tery bare­ly lasts for one day. I replaced the bat­tery after 3 years of use. Today he has a dif­fer­ent bat­tery. For 2 years of use its capac­i­ty is 89%. This is about 4 hours of screen time

still pre­mi­um cam­era than my 64mp xiaomi.

Any­one watch­ing on pix­el 7?

Last year apple thought they intro­duced “always on display”.…..😅😅😅😅

That squeeze thing is still pret­ty cool they should bring that back

Here after Pix­el 8 launch

this phone had A LOT of soft­ware issues that harmed the Hard­ware, hap­pened with me twice, first the cam­era after a android update (the main cam­era only worked if i approached a mag­net close to it, solved after chang­ing the cam­era) then bot­tom speak­er start­ed to dis­tort the sound and make a loud white noise and only stop 2 sec­onds after any audio on the phone stopped, but the speak­er was not the prob­lem since it hap­pened for a week, then stopped, and came back, and goes on a loop of this for a full year until it fell flat with the screen on the floor and died a week ago. 

After some research i noticed that it was (actu­al­ly still is) a fair­ly com­mon prob­lem with pix­el devices, peo­ple get­ting their phone bricked after a ofi­cial update, soft­ware bugs, etc. Kin­da weird that it hap­pens a lot with a soft­ware foc­cused brand

Dual front fir­ing speak­ers should nev­er have gone out of trend.
