When you have a new phone you expect it to be bet­ter then the old one

I’m stick­ing with my Pix­el XL…until the 3rd gen­er­a­tion release.

The only thing that’s mak­ing this deci­sion hard is that the pix­el XL has a head­phone jack. That way if my wire­less head­phones die while I’m on the flight I can just pop in my wired headphones

I keep watch­ing these videos yet I know I can’t afford any of these phones

The orig­i­nal pix­el had an AMOLED dis­play FYI. They did­n’t switch.

It is hard to take this review seri­ous­ly when you don’t even know what type of dis­play the pix­el XL had…

I’ll admit I loved my XL to death. But a cou­ple days ago my 128g Pix­el XL turned off at 80% bat­tery and did­n’t turn back on. I went to my local Ver­i­zon store where I found out I was good to go for either a replace­ment (LG v30) or I could pay off the last $180 on my phone and upgrade. My trade in on the 128gb pix­el was enough to break even on a 64gb XL2 and the dif­fer­ence is night and day. The pix­el 1 was like hold­ing a slice of brick and the 2 is sooo com­fy in the hand. I high­ly rec­om­mend the trade if you have a P1 and your look­ing for some­thing new.

You can buy a pix­el xl (refur­br­ished) on ama­zon for 230 usd $

OG pix­el, stay­ing for the head­phone jack. Or until pix­el 3 or 4 or 5 basi­cal­ly untill I brake mine or it becomes slow, which it has­n’t slowed down yet

I’ve already got the Google assis­tant on my LG phone for I am a google user, I can’t wait until I can just squeeze the bot­ton of my mobile to sum­mon the assis­tant
Google have said that they are bring­ing a Google 3 and 3XL out that is even bet­ter than the Google pix­el 2 XL, is that true?

Switch to oled? I’m confused.…

Can some­one please tell me is the Google pix­el XL (Orig­i­nal) is an upgrade to the Moto G5 Plus?

The video was in great use as you high­light­ed the small issues very nice­ly and explained the specifications.

all the cam­era com­par­isons- but i did­n’t notice U men­tion­ing that the Pix­el 2 XL has opti­cal image sta­bi­liza­tion — the orig­i­nal didn’t/doesn’t.
The Pix­el 2’s 12-megapix­el cam­era has opti­cal image sta­bi­liza­tion (OIS) a fea­ture the orig­i­nal Pix­el lacked
