Ppl don’t have choose. If there was 100 ips in one loca­tion. I be fine to give more pow­er to iso. But there lit­er­al­ly major­i­ty of loca­tions in this coun­try is one. It sim­i­lar to air­ports when the flight beat a guy in the plane and kick him out for doing noth­ing. Ppl said they will not used the flight and what hap­pen noth­ing. Sales for that air­port slight­ly went up. Rea­son is some areas ppl are stuck. They have to take it instead go to a dif­fer­ent flight

I have worked in Pure Research, the Pub­lic Ser­vice, Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy Com­pa­nies includ­ing Microsoft, in the Bank­ing and Finance Indus­try and as a con­sul­tant since the 1980’s. In the 1980’s was using AARNET with Tel­net, Gopher, FTP in Unix and VMS before the Brows­ing the Web was a thing. I have seen the Inter­net grow and thrive I do not want to see Mr Pai and cor­po­rate greed destroy this beau­ti­ful thing we have made togeth­er. Don’t drink the Kool-Aid.

Net neu­tral­i­ty has exist­ed since 1934 What hap­pened in 2015, was that in order to net neu­tral­i­ty to con­tin­ue, the Inter­net had to be declared a pub­lic util­i­ty and that is what that doc­u­ment did.
