WOOJER has the worst cus­tomer ser­vice and the prod­uct just isn’t worth it. Don’t BUY.

It over­heats, dis­torts head­phones, does­n’t stay on your chest, does­n’t sync with head­phones bass, has tiny bat­tery life, con­stant­ly have to restart it. There is absolute­ly noth­ing that works on this entire device. The web­site fil­ters out any neg­a­tive reviews and tells you the aver­age is 4.8 stars. Im pissed. I beleive any­one who gives a good review on this is being paid. There isn’t any­thing to even like about it. “music pro­duc­ers con­tact­ed me” bull­shit man you’re a liar too

This was pur­chased for me as a gift, but is far to expen­sive for a gim­mick prod­uct. They tell you that it will take an undis­closed amount of time to get you the prod­uct, so my moth­er want­i­ng to gift it to me for my birth­day pur­chased it ahead of time to make sure it would arrive. Now this over­priced gim­mick of a prod­uct is still sealed, unused, and because we are out­side of their 30 day win­dow they will not con­sid­er any returns, and keep for­ward­ing me advice on how to get this prod­uct that I explained I have zero in work­ing on my com­put­er. I asked to have this con­sid­ered by a high­er man­ag­er, as their return pol­i­cy is run by a 3rd par­ty online return website/app, and they declined that request and once again sent me advice on how to “set it up” on my com­put­er. I am not open­ing it, I do not want it, your prod­uct is honesty…stupid…and I tried to be pro­fes­sion­al and ask for due con­sid­er­a­tion and was met with a lit­er­al joke of a cus­tomer ser­vice expe­ri­ence. Oh and left with a stu­pid vest in a sealed box. In the end, do not buy this as a gift as the return pol­i­cy and cust ser­vice is horrendous.

I think I’m now offi­cial­ly an old man. Even though this seems like a fas­ci­nat­ing device, and I’m tru­ly intrigued, I just can’t imag­ine why I would want it.
