One of the craziest concept TVs we’ve seen at CES 2018, it can hide out of sight by rolling up into a little box.
LG Display’s crazy 65-inch OLED TV can roll up like a poster:

There is difference between what I see and what I hear. I hear about rollable TV-screen. But in fact what I see is just the screen hiding somewhere down. It can be just inflexible one as well as flexible. Because there is not an empty space under the console. Show it on a slim table with a lot of space under it first, and then tell about rollable screen.
This is the future of TVs. They will disappear when not in use, allowing you to have a massive screen without completely dominating the room
I could see this being built into every fireplace mantel, maybe with the ability to handle a bit tip down for perfect viewing angle. Hopefully it doesn’t die in prototype.
100 years from now, our grandkids will laugh at this new technology of ours
This is so cool!
It’s like something from an old Bond movie.
Watching porn will be convenient: just roll it down and pretend you are studying for school.
What’s the problem for this solution?
this tv sucks
Plot twist: the TV doesn’t fold — it just slides down inside a big box underneath
LG used to be mediocre 10 yrs ago and now they’re like the brand to have… Even beating Samsung
I’d want it to roll down, not up. Hang it from my sealing like a projector screen. So it’s up and out of the way. Perks of a projector and screen, make a 100 inch, wouldn’t need a projector to shoot an image..
uh, roll it down not up and sell 10x as many lol
Does anyone know where i can buy this ?
People still watch tv?
£50,000 or over.
