I need to be class action lawsuit against an towel because they’re stupid. There has to be consequences for putting the public at rest.
I had two motherboards die the same week the patch was released.
Ahh so this might explain why my iPhone is rebooting suddenly.
Latest windows update has fkd up my pc i keep getting BSOD and driver power failure error
Uh.… i just updated my laptop… should i be worried. My laptop is like 6–7 years old.
What a clusterfuck
for broadwell and haswell…
I have windows 10 and do we update the patch by going to windows updates. I also has core i5 7gen 7200u so will I be affected. And my laptop is only a couple of months old.
Is it a direct download from intel site ?
This should be the tech industry’s battle cry: Everything is FLAWED! But don’t worry, we’re on it!
My parents have updated their laptop and the Core I3 went from blazing fast for her now it won’t even open Microsoft office word or excel without taking over 5+ minutes just to load and don’t get home started on printing it you might as well get a toaster its faster now
I already updated bios and windows (i5 haswell), and my laptop now restarts more than 5 times per day and freezes on the light tasks. IF YOU DO SOME PRODUCTIVE WORK, YOU GONA REGRET.….……
This cannot be patched because I read the report.… the patching is software whereas the problem is coming from the design architecture from your chips (spectre).… even patch with software (For the meltdown), there are still chances to sniff any data through spectre. So, just wait for their next 9th gen chips to come out.…
What a shit show…
