Dope video! I made a small video in Amsterdam using the DJI Osmo mobile 2, might wanna check it out?
I’ll be looking at a used one tomorrow. Has the app been updated since? I have a Pixel 2 btw. Thank you!
They say it won’t charge phone while recording they should fix that I hope. They should also make it easy to plug audio mic in option.
It’s working fine with ANDROID as well .…I have been using it with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and the videos are so stabilizing …I tried Hyperlapse, Timelapse, M Timelapse, Slow motion and also super slowmotion, Panaromic photos.…Samsung Galaxy Note 9 + DJI Osmo Mobile 2 = Ultimate videos…
WHy the hell dont you show the video review? WHo the hell is interested in The App or Portrait or Hyperlapse. Very disappointed
Thank
How to re install and setup DJ OSMO MOBILE 2 in another mobile
Who needs portrait mode? It’s stupid and show less screen image. Its only good for head to toe shots, otherwise its a joke watching a doorway view. My opinion. Too much bass in your audio recording. Good for squeaky voices but not yours.
bla bla bla.…slowly please! Slowly…
My phone is from 2017 and i have no problems with the app
This is the WORST product that I have EVER purchased for
photography/video. My Osmo Mobile 2 started to malfunction within one
week out of the box. It was sent back to Osmo twice for repair. The
repair did not fix the problem (with the mode button and gimbal motors)
and they told me to return it to them for replacement—they sent back the
SAME item instead of a new one (serial number was identical). The mode
button is now working, but not the battery won’t charge (as it was doing
nicely until this morning) and the app (which is up to date) won’t
recognize that Bluetooth is on. I have lost a lot of hair over this
piece of junk. I strongly recommend buying a gimbal by another company,
because DJI does little to support this faulty product. Some people may
be lucky enough to get an item that functions consistently, but from all
of the negative reviews I have read this product does not perform well
on a regular basis—therefore it’s not ready for the marketplace. Caveat
emptor!
Ive been looking at youtube videos about the Osmo Mobile 2 and ‘YOU’ have fallen into the trap like the others that have reviewed it saying you can charge your phone, ‘BUT’ as most of the others, you don’t show it charging the phone. You mention it and skip it, like all the rest have. Yes you can charge your phone, but not whilst it is on the Osmo. If your going to do a review. Then please do a full review and not skipping bits, especially if they are an important feature. Apart from that, it was a good review.
Is high speed talking a sport or so?
You talk so fast I viewed only about half your video.
Thank you, excellent. I haven’t bought one yet but I will.
It’s May 2019… and I had to buy one, because I got hired for a gig that requires Instagram stories and I won’t shoot those with my D800/D800s, because it would be overkill. So, using this one with my Android is a new set of tools. So, I am watching all those instructional videos now… and no matter if horizontal or portrait mode, the phone HAS TO BE PROPERLY BALANCED.
The way how you positioned your phone was, well… let’s say… “not as balanced as it could be”… Anyway… it’s a year later, and you probably found that out yourself by now… 😀
Dji Osmo Mobile, if you’re a friend of Android phone users, this handheld stabilizer may disappoint you because some bugs are particularly obvious on Android.
Thumbs down for portrait mode!
thank you so much, so useful.…but when I use my iphone and move the osmo mobile 2 from one side to the other side fast , I notice that it goes out of focus until i slow down and then it becomes very clear… I appreciate your help.…
Does the charging port of the mobile support the charging of other devices, such as an external mic, for example, Zoom H1N?
I’m in love. It’s easy to set up
I’m in love.
