I have an LG OLED Tv so I don’t know what settings to mess with.
Simple… Click On Sport Mode.… 😑.….
1080i?
not 1080p?
But I don’t have a cable box.
Who would wanna watch football players taking the knee on the national anthem?!
It is best to get a colorimeter or spectrometer and do a proper calibration. Depending on the gamut, do D65 sRGB or D65 Adobe RGB, and then after that, adjust the brightness to a comfortable level.
The biggest mistake made in this video is that whatever you are displaying you want it to be 1:1. This means do not use functions like zoom or stretch. I understand that black bars suck but if you want a crisp image use the native resolution. Now for backlight adjust the room for normal lighting. Now display a white screen on your tv. Slowly turn up the backlight from 0 until the screen looks white. Last I personally shut off any additional enhancements that the tv adds like clear motion or auto .… but if it looks better for you then leave them on.
You are that obsessed you would make a separate video just on picture quality. Which nobody asked.
What big game? Smash Brothers isn’t even officially announced yet.
