The AmpliFi Teleport Kit lets you connect to your home internet from anywhere in the world, but a mediocre router curbs its appeal.

If it had a battery, it would probably eat through it fast
Someone forgot to clean the screen prior to recording…
Worst CNET video of all time
ok good gadget, but “teleport” embeded name is too much brow. teleport is not realy that easy to real. fictions but soon i hope.
Soooo, I can plug it into my car and use my home network while traveling? And plug it into an outlet at a hotel and use my home network? 1600 miles away? Further?
Ok. What’s this? Explain a little before review?
where did Dong Ngo go?
yes explain what it is before you review. thank you.
It has beam-forming… and if Hardware NAT is not on and you are using it as a router (as opposed to a wireless AP), the performance will not be good.
Can I use the teleport at home to hard wired a ethernet switch or a gaming console?
Are you shitting me? Did you just compare a MESH network router WITHOUT IT’S MESH NETWORK to a standalone, large, multi-antenna router in terms of performance? No shit a 4 antenna router will outperform it as a standalone comparison. However, where this unit shines is when you connect it to it’s mesh antennas around the house. I guarantee you that it FAR outperforms a standalone high-end consumer router 5+ rooms away at that point.
Garbage review…completely biased…lmbo
Biased review.. LOL
That’s why there mesh points sped boy
