Teenage Engineering announced two new Pocket Operators at this year’s NAMM — the PO-35 Speak, a vocal synthesizer and sequencer, and the PO-33 KO!, a sampler. Pocket Operators are small, hand-sized devices for making electronic music and at under $100, are relatively cheap. Here’s what it’s like to use the PO-35 Speak. Subscribe:

I do not know what is this. And why I like that. What is it?
What the hell is that, am I the only one who doesn’t understand what this is ?
You undersold these so much. They are amazing and you’ve made them look boring as hell.
None of this video makes any sense?!
What was it about?!!!
Is it just me or do alot of these tech news channels lower the saturation on their videos?
GROW UP
Way to not introduce what in actual f this thing is!? Poor video from such a big company.
Maybe explain what the use is of something you are reviewing.….…
interresting…
I wish I knew what’s going on.
Given some of the comments, probably should have lead with an explanation with what this devices are supposed to do for those who don’t know.
Why not have multiple phone apps linked together. Everyone can use without having special hardware
You can made add wich this
not to ruin the fun but couldnt you do all this stuff on your phone as well
Or I just download an app??
Still don’t know what this is, and who is their target audience.
You should explain what Pocket Operators are.
What can this do that a phone can’t?

do you know koji seto?
You can do this with a Rasbury pie !!!
The BebasNeue Font is awesome
It’s a handheld experimental urban sound beat box that sounds like the future of a bombed out tweaked out world with survivors gathering for one last party on the house. They could step it up by making it sophisticated European techno trance for a high culture experimental very modern sound.
Ok. Maybe this gadget has a place but surely that should have been the thrust of this video — where is the place!!? in 2018 with cheap daw apps and phones that sample and sequence, why would you need one of these, even in a Ford?
Reposttt
The background music in this video’s is ruining the fun we can have with this device, there was no need of so much music in this video. Other than that the device looks nice!
Looks just like the tech from the past-future
Apparently you can daisy chain the pocket operators, and then plug the gold tonic master to set the tempo so they are all in sync. Then you can record a sample to the flux capacitor.
What’s a pocket operator ?
I was more fascinated at the fact that her lips were moving but her mouth was mainly closed
Bottle country monitor as meaning labor fair peak.
Judging by comments 90% of the world is clueless. I hate techno and edm miaic and was pretty easy to follow…not best presentation but whatever…
Nice little demo, but it’s “tencho” in TE speak. 🤓
How is the car model related to this video..
And.. i had to google to understand what is this creepy thing — Pocket Operator — Seriously, you assume that everyone knows about this.. Simply coming out of the blue and started telling — hey guys„ today i have this pocket operator. 🙂
for someone seemingly not familiar with these devices, and to have stumbled across the ‘booth’, the video is done very well.
Great product, bad video.
She seem kinda nervous talking on camera
Tonic is a trap 🙁
WTF the software for it costs more than hardware itself.
Cool thing have one myself but lmao when she said it’s intuitive, ye after 3 days of playing around with it it might slowly get more intuitive, bad video btw
Last
The music is distracting me from the pretty lady.
Lol, in the backseet of a truck on a hot summer day.
Studiospace must have been super expensive on that day.
