Samsung Galaxy S9 Review: The Perfect… Samsung!

After 5 years with that beast i final­ly upgrad­ed to the lat­est you will be miss s9+ thank you for your service 🫡

S9 : 9 mil­ion views

I love chang­ing the task switch­er with Good­Lock (free from sam­sung galaxy store) it is too good to be able to change task switch­er. I real­ly don’t like the lack of task switch­er cus­tomiza­tion on my iphone 11. Fun­ni­ly enough, the task switch­er options are dif­fer­ent on the S9, S9+ and then the S10+. One UI 2.5 old­er ver­sion has some task switch­er options that were removed lat­er, I think they rewrote the code to match updat­ed Android and some stuff was­n’t port­ed over. Amaz­ing though. Real­ly good cus­tomiza­tion on all OneUI phones.

6 years lat­er. Buy­ing a gov­ern­ment phone.

Is it worth to buy it now in 2023?

5 years ago and this phone still more devel­oped than mine right now hahahahh.

im still using this beast

2018: It’s the first smart­phone cam­era with a vari­able aper­ture!
2023: It was only 1 of 2 phones that ever got vari­able aper­ture because it was just like every oth­er Sam­sung mar­ket­ing gimmick

Excel­lent review. If you find Sam­sung s9, high­ly rec­om­mend pick­ing it.

I con­sid­er S9 to be end of inno­va­tion or to be direct mar­ket­ing team redefin­ing the term innovation. 

Changes after S9:
1. Notch­es
2. No head­phone jack
3. No health application/sensors

In a com­mon man per­spec­tive, these fea­tures nev­er reached mid lev­el personal. 

I bought new s9 + at a good deal, using it till date.. i am due to upgrade but don’t want to because i have to sac­ri­fice above 3 points..

Ques­tion are we real­ly mov­ing towards inno­va­tion? And youtu­bers real­ly sup­port­ing com­mu­ni­ty?.. or its just mak­ing money..

this phone is gor­geous, per­fect curve por­tion and had more dpi com­pared to the new­er ones even in 2023 and yet it runs like a beast, still have it and works so smooth­ly and i still think it’s the best invest­ment I’ve ever made after s7 edge
