I don’t think Robert is dead!! I think the one who get killed is a robot, and he is alive some where controlling the game for William.
The whole idea of a handful of androids are going to take over the world is absurd. Unless there is something radical wrong with the rest of the world. For instance there is only a few hundred people left on the planet which of course is an even crazier idea. Unless of course the rest of the world are androids or part androids with kill switches and that seems downright even loopier.
Why doesn’t anyone mention that Delores starts playing “the Man that got away” on the piano. Clementine also plays it at the first party
