In an interview with CNET, Nadella says he’s refocusing the culture to breathe creativity back into the company.
This is not your father’s Microsoft. CEO Satya Nadella knew the culture at the world’s largest software maker needed a fix. Employees and investors are sold. Now he’s got to convince the rest of us. —

Someone who say Microsoft can’t compete the game so they sidelined, its back again. No 1 in market valuation
Can you guys fire this woman? She is extremely rude.
Satya Nadella is WORST CEO!
I read his book (Hit Refresh) and he describes how important Microsoft’s culture needed to change, in order to not only stop playing catchup with likes of Google and Amazon (AWS). He also sets out Microsoft’s future (Cloud, AI, Quantum…). Easy read and insightful
I wonder how he learned US accent and is happy to mispronounce his own name😄😄😄😅😅
Advice to women: stop trying to be men, you’re bad at it.
You had 10 mins with the CEO of one of the largest companies and you asked those questions? “Lets rewind the tape”, what questions would you ask if you could interview him again? Who cares about MSFT’s ‘vibe’ and who cares what his advice for women is.
Another Indian CEO
You cant demand or advocate anything at Microsoft. The company will always bully you. You rub the wrong people in the wrong way and you will be out. She is right in her questioning. Microsoft was built on the principle of evil empire. Its always been cliquish and if you step on one person’s toes, the clique will ensure you are miserable. Hopefully its come a long way from Steve Balmers days.
She is rude and has rage
The interviewer is rude and horrible
This interviewer should flip burgers not talk to people — she is rude and passively aggressive.
this journalist needs to be fired fr
Microsoft is wicked cool right now
You shouldn’t be surprised if the interviewer is a New Yorker
Who will say that he is a CEO of a trillion dollar company? Simple attitude with deep vision.
Can the interviewer smile a little? Ah..but she is rude..i get it!
Wow the interviewer is rude af lol
This video doesn’t appear GENUINE !
He is from Anantapur Andhra Pradesh 😎
This is opposite of balmers ideology!
