NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine talks to Commercial Crew Astronauts
[vid_tags]
During a recent visit to Johnson Space Center, NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine sat down with astronauts Chris Ferguson and Sunita “Suni” Williams for an informal Q&A session about the Commercial Crew Program.
NASA’s Commercial Crew Program has worked with several American aerospace industry companies to facilitate the development of U.S. human spaceflight systems since 2010. Both Ferguson and Williams were selected to fly on the Boeing CST-100 Starliner for the Commercial Crew Program – marking the first time that American astronauts will launch to the International Space Station from American soil on American-made spacecraft since the Space Shuttle Program ended in 2011.

Thanks for nasa i am indian
Que increible
Wow shall I go to the space.
We want to feed the hungry men, women, and children in this world. Stop wasting our money
on all of this fake “space” BS! No one actually rides these exploding roman candles anywhere.
They just splash into the Atlantic ocean and pollute the water. People are waking up to your LIES!
you guys never tried to make us fool and showing CGI.
How i wish you could put friction on earth to stop earthquake in Japan, this is much needed science, over the space ,
First one
am a musician use my beats
Great!!!!Go ahead #Nasa
Seems like NASA are not very fond of SpaceX they kind trying to sweep them under the rug. It’s more like Boeing commercial video as we all very well know Boeing are nowhere near sending anybody to space if ever…
NASA ME AJUDE A SAIR DO BRASIL TENHO UM SONHO QUE É SER ATRONALTA
That’s awesome. I flew the Space Shuttle to the station on a PC simulator and it’s very tough.
Fantastic
It’s awesome they have Bridenstine docking at the end! 😂
I am looking forward to USA getting there Chris Ferguson will be a fine leader now on his 3rd flight and Suni Williams she is already a born leader on her last two flights and she will be on her 3rd flight hopefully she can teach the rookies not to worry when she last flew she was ISS Commander and as for Chris he put the flag on the ISS on his last mission STS-135 now he gets the flag back as he was Commander on that flight as well as this am looking forward to seeing the launch of a rocket on USA Soil since STS-135 last flown
If evolution was proven true,
Would you ditch your blind faith in Christianity?
How many hours do you practice in a vacuum chamber before you can go to space ? Must be very scary doing that !
Beautiful as An Australian and a big NASA fan who’s been following NASA’s launch’s in to space since the 60’s I can remember the Gemini missions not all mainly from Gemini 8–12 manned mission’s to the Moon I was so frilled about talked and talked about for a long time. I mean as a kid back then it was the best thing a kid could see and that be begging of the Apollo Mission’s to the Moon. so its great again to here that America is gearing up to launch from your soil again after a long wait of 7 years since the last space shuttle flight in 2011. it’ll be about another year in 2019 before the first commercial crewed flight will take place.
Nice
Boycott ‘First Man’.
For deliberately removing all of the american flags from a film about Neil Armstrong.
Cool vid, hopefully we’ll be seeing one praising SpaceX as well.
Suni and Ferguson, This are my two favorite astronauts
The commercial crew and commercial resupply services programmes are much better ways of spending NASA’s limited budget.
Great exciting & ya would be surprised I could tell ya how it works most all I’d just not reached to total knowledge of our Shuttle vehicles schematics also wiring
& harnessing.
& I like the remote manipulation arm
Engineering by Julie Piette I really like the
Solar sail 100′ extended
Retracted fits into a 7″ “inch’ compartment.
Sounds like joy
Godspeed
Every one 🌎💫😁👍🚀
