Here’s an idea. Don’t kneecap the libraries in other countries. I used to have a Netflix account and would VPN to access the US library, but once they blocked that, I cancel my subscription because their really wasn’t anything I want to watch in NZ Netflix
Apple sucks money vampires. Happy with my Netflix can’t afford both. Since when does Apple ever do something that’s value for money and affordable???

The only way I’d consider signing up is if it’s a viable cable cutting service; SlingTV on steroids. Live TV, DVR, good UI and perk if it copies Roku and let’s you mass search across other platforms. If this is simply PG content from Apple, like I’m lead to believe, then there’s no way.
What do you make of the reports by the WSJ that say Apple executives including Tim Cook are being “conservative and picky” about the shows producers will produce, and even instructing producers to make contents that are not “so mean”
You all Apple lovers hope so. I think Apple will stumble for a while trying to catch up if people want to subscribe to another at a higher price with less to offer..
You’re wrong about Netflix not being shown in the tv app. I searched a movie using Apple TV Siri and it came up with ‘watch in Netflix’ through the tv app.
…I wish someone would make a TV streaming service that specializes in classic TV shows from the 50s all the way up to the early 2000s. There are literally decades of excellent content already floating around out there, it’s amazing that no one has seen the benefit of creating a dedicated streaming service for this content. Shame.…
Apple cannot compete Netflix unless the new service is open to the majority of the countries. Netflix now is available almost everywhere, while even Apple’s TV app is not available for so many countries.
It doesn’t sound THAT insane. They just partnered with Samsung with including built-in Apple TVs.
