Brave young man who gave their youth and their lives so we can be free today I wonder how many of the young people today know the history for so many brave men gave their lives for us thank you sir for sharing your story you are brave I solute you my respect to you it brought sadness to my heart and tears in my eyes
The greatest generation
Thank you sir..may you find the peace only God can give
This is heartbreaking, the way his voice cracks when he talks about the men that died.
😢❤️💕
Anyone notice that he looks like Alexis Sanchez ?
How long before this is considered racist and xenophobic for being to Patriotic? Globalism is a Cancer
God bless all who served and are serving, we all gave some and some gave all. J Ortega USN Retired
Thank you for your service and to your fellow mates who served!
DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FIRST D‑DAY!not the second one we all know.
This is the saddest one so far
King Palm to All Heros Livin or Resting in Heaven🚬🚬🚬🌲s😎
Thank you.
todays kids would never drop the ramp
The best thing I ever did was being a Gunners Mate in the United States Navy. My grandfather was a Gunners Mate and nothing gives me more pride than those crossed cannons I shared with my grandpa. God bless you Gunner. I am proud to call you shipmate.
Today is D‑Day. Thank you for your service.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE SIR!!!!!
“We will remember them” 🇳🇿🇺🇸
Much Respect ✊🏻 & Ty 4 Ur Service & Sacrifice 💚🇺🇸 !!!
The men who walked off the beach that day, along with the fallen, we honor you and love you.
DeVita really dropped the ramp on this one.
Never forget their sacrifice for freedom
I’ve served in many wars such battlefield 1 2 and3 skipped 4 and now 5 I’m quite the veteran so my question is when is history channel going to do a doco on me ?
” WHEN YOU GO HOME TELL THEM OF US AND SAY FOR YOUR TOMORROW WE GAVE OUR TODAY”
Oy vey! Nice story…I almost cry… but I’m keeping with the Real and Truly Heroes: The European Warriors and Defenders of Evropas.
Im so sorry for ur pain…
You brave brave man, we owe you and your pals everything, we’ll never forget what you did
That was a powerful 2 minutes…
Poor man.
Imagine having the job of dropping that ramp and feeling responsible for all your men being hit
This is still so fresh in his mind. God bless him.
You’d think they would tell devita to wait until they reload or change their barrel before dropping the gate. Call me ignorant but I don’t think dropping the gate when it raining bullets on it was a smart thing
he was just 19 years old that day,
Geezes, I was an infantryman and even i wouldn’t want that job. Your 2 seconds of action being the difference between 10 guys being alive and them dying.
😶1:30-1:40 Too 🌱 to vote, but not too 🌱 to die😶
Scared or brave, these were men of honor.
Can’t imagine what he had to do, I rather be the one to be shot than be the one to drop the shield
For the rich and powerful.
Salute.
🙏🏼 ❤️
Speechless, bless you!
