At WWDC 2019, Apple introduced iPadOS, which has all-new ways to interact with this tablet computer. There are new window options, gestures, and a whole new interaction language. In this episode of Processor, Dieter Bohn nerds out on the idea that UI has a grammar and the iPad’s interface might not be as intuitive as it used to be.

this is just such good content. I’ve come back to watch it a second time now.
Great content, the comparison to grammar was perfect.

After… some time using iOS13, on iPhone 6s, the gesture is very intuitive.
Now Microsoft Office for the Apple Watch.
I agree.…typing on an iPad never used those gestures
This video aged well lmao
Hoping to do this with the iPad Air 4. I’m a newbie. Hoping to abandon my hp laptop. But when I google search about iTunes or backing up the iPad I keep finding everyone saying iTunes must be on a laptop/computer and backing up an iPad on something other than iCloud says must be on a laptop/computer.
So is the iPad Air 4 (or even the 3) still a satellite/runabout device or can I make it my mothership?
finally I got my iPad unlock fixed successful by these awesome man deztoolz on Instagram””””””“he is best of the best
No terminal, g++, no VIM than its not a computer for me.
Ok. But why is no video addressing the fact that you can’t download all the programs and all that stuff on your iPad. That’s like… the main reason an iPad can’t work as a computer. University students and bunch of other types of people NEED those programs in the internet. Which u can’t have on an iPad.
That language comparison was just epic
Editing video was so good
I love this. But how would you suggest making the ui more intuitive?
