Not sure how to feel bout this, love the pixle but yeah not sure

I am so sick of media sto­ries from peo­ple obsessed with form over func­tion. Seri­ous­ly. Do a poll. Every com­ment sec­tion I’ve seen shows that there are far more peo­ple who don’t mind hav­ing a lit­tle bit of bezel space. It allows extra func­tion­al­i­ty, and it gives us a way to hold phones with­out touch­ing the screen. It also pro­vides a usable stan­dard for app devel­op­ers so they can pre­dict what their appli­ca­tions will look like with­out hav­ing to com­pen­sate for a freak­ing ran­dom­ly placed hole right over a crit­i­cal part of their inter­face. If I want­ed form over func­tion, I’d go back to a one but­ton Mac mouse.

What big fore­head… It looks good, just big enough for the sen­sors. Seri­ous­ly, these folks are nev­er happy

Soli can be used for Android Auto, Change music and all with­out tak­ing eyes of the road.…

Could­n’t get any­more uglier.

Im sor­ry but the notch is an absurd piece of design, utter rub­bish. This Google phone is how it should be done. I’m keep­ing my iphone 7 Plus until Apple changes this stu­pid piece of design

I’ll pre­fer this over the mov­ing objects for your cam­era. It feels like the mov­ing objects will give up in just 2 years. lol

Sounds good the design not bad cam­era soft­ware almost per­fect at least for me thats what i want at least i know i be hav­ing updates right away this what i need a pure Android that gives you the good support

What will be your price esti­ma­tion guys? Ill be sav­ing for one.

If soli does work behind mate­r­i­al, there’s no point to the bazel because they should be able to place it behind the screen n keep their pre­vi­ous notch design.

Guess whose not buy­ing a pix­el again?

I don’t mind Fore­head and chin. It’s bet­ter than hav­ing notch or punch hole. Can’t wait to see and wit­ness the real Pix­el 4.

since many years we have ges­tures in dif­fer­ent phones, nev­er used ..
I wish they tak­en out to reduce phone prices & make them cheaper.

The thing is that I, and the aver­age con­sumer don’t care a whit about “all screen dis­play”. As long as it does­n’t have a big ugly notch or a cam­era hole punch, I’m good.

Seems like Sam­sung is the only one that checks every box, every­thing else is in sec­ond place. I was REALLY hop­ing this phone was going to be the new big thing.

Some­one will make a bezel­less phone.…And when they do every­one else will follow…I give it until Next year

Nah.… The cam­era cut out on the Galaxy S10 looks stu­pid. It looks like a hole on the screen.
I like holes for the most part. I just don’t like them on my screen.
I pre­fer this look any day!

Ugh.. a chin. I’ve been Droid for­ev­er. My Pix­el phone has had SO many bugs.. every OS update bugs come with it…I’m increas­ing­ly sick n tired of it. Look­ing at the upcom­ing iOS 13, I might move to Apple for the 1st time ever.

Who wants to con­trol their phone by mak­ing ges­tures. That is the worst ideas I have heard of. It’s eas­i­er, faster, and more reli­able to just pick it up and tap. So much water time and mon­ey for a fea­ture very very very few will ever use. Even those that use it will find it cum­ber­some and eas­i­er to just use their phone.

Per­fect phone would have half mil­lime­ter to 1 mm bezels all the way around. If you can’t put a self­ie cam­era under the screen then sim­ply don’t include it. Could just use a mir­ror on the back of the phone.

In today’s world less than 8 GB of RAM for a flag­ship is unac­cept­able. Same for stor­age space less than 256 gig is unac­cept­able when you’re forced to not sup­ple­ment with an SD card. 

I think so far the pix­el 4xl will be the biggest mis­take ever made, even big­ger than Ama­zon’s attempt and essen­tial phone.

If we con­sid­er for a sec­ond all the rumors come to be true what would make this phone earn your mon­ey more than any oth­er flag­ship. Absolute­ly noth­ing in my book. Unfor­tu­nate­ly I fore­see Google being com­plete­ly out of the cell phone hard­ware busi­ness after this huge mistake.
