What an awful test! First thing, u start­ed the sec­ond test over 35° but the first one under 30°! WTF!? On a fair test the tem­per­a­ture should be the same on both test. Sec­ond thing, bat­tery temp isn’t big deal when we talk about mobile gam­ing, the real stress and heat that reduces the way our Mobile Phone works comes from the proces­sor, not from the bat­tery! Fans do real­ly good when we talk about mobile gam­ing cuz they help to cool down the proces­sor so the screen does­nt go less brighter or the frame rate on games does­nt fall less than 60

So, it needs to be plugged in, or does it have its own lit­tle battery?

I real­ly won­der if these phone cool­ers can ruin the bat­tery, or the processor.

Since we are prac­ti­cal­ly forc­ing the cool­ing, like we were putting it in a freezer.

in the orig­i­nal stress test it actu­al­ly start­ed climb­ing ABOVE 40 before he stopped it. The sec­ond test shows it sta­bi­lized at 39 and since this cool­er had such a small sur­face area it was­n’t being effec­tive as it could be if the plate was larg­er the results would’ve been more noticeable.

Im atm look­ing for a phone cool­er for this sum­mer, as Im a poke­mon go play­er and likes to go hard­core on the events. My One­plus 8Pro often gets over­heat­ed in the sun. Does any­one have any recommendations?

I noticed that Heat dis­si­pates most­ly on the the edges most­ly on alu­minum frame phones like my s21 fe. The edge is is hot­ter than the back. Maybe that is because alu­minum is good con­duc­tor and also the cop­per vac­u­um cham­ber is on con­tact with the alu­minum frame that is why I think that Heat dis­si­pates through alu­minum edgess than at the plas­tic back. And Still no phone cool­er designed for phones for edges heat disippation.

I just want to know does it dam­age the battery????
