My phone is Xiaomi redmi note 8 pro
I have it from a year and its awesome!
i bought this phone when quarantine started and theres quite alot of problems, i’ll try to cover most of them in this comment:
1) a lot of forced features (wallpaper carousel ) and theyre incredibly annoying to remove
2) even with all the liquid cooling n all, it still gets heated up fairly easily
3) its occasionally buggy, it suddenly shuts down and then just refuses to turn back on and then freezes at the miui loading screen. The last time this happened to me was 2 weeks ago.
4) the wide angle lens and macro lens are pretty disappointing.
5) the photos taken by the camera often look too vibrant and unnatural , but its nothing 3rd party appls like gcam cant fix
6) battery is pretty average
i’ll add to this list when i can think of more.
I do not recommend buying phones such as Redmi that are 3rd party my parents bought this exact phone and it just completely stopped working out of nowhere in 2 months of normal usage. If you’re going to buy a phone buy it from a company such as LG, Apple, Samsaung and etc just not 3rd party they usually suck ass.
Buy this mobile when its first arrived in market.….and still using 😊😊😊😊happy customer
Today i Bought Note 8 pro 😀
Still using this in 2022
Still having this phone and still powerful Xiaomi is the best
bought this phone in November 2019 and its still working great.
I would recommend buying this phone if you want a budget phone
I still rock on the redmi note 8 pro
2 yrs down the line, and it’s still my daily driver
Been rocking my Redmi Note 8 Pro for well over two years now. Still great. Glass back is still in pristine condition too (because I use a jelly case) although the GG5 front has some scratches already if you look closely.
The G90T is still very snappy in 2022, and this means newer models that use the Helio G95 or G96 will still be adequate, though you should get a phone with a faster chip and 5G these days if you can for better future-proofing. I plan to keep this phone for maybe a couple more years. Really no reason to replace it yet.
July 2022: Still, I can not let go this phone.
My phone is redmi note 8 Pro because I play video is on absolutely problem shutdown why
I’m still using it. Got mine in Apr 2020. It’s better than Moto g60.
I thought it is the Nokia 8 as I can see from the back and the camera design
Have been using it since it’s release, cannot complain

Watching this on my Redmi Note 8 Pro in 2023
Watching redmi note 8 pro review from the same phone. Have had it for 3 years. Still working as a new one.
I miss my xiaomi note 8 pro. :C so sad my phone got snatched <///3
still got it
still using my Note 8 Pro since 2019. Four years later, it’s still the best. Cameras working perfectly, no lags, everything is still the same as it was except the battery of course. But other than that, everything’s working quite well despite 4 years of use. In the end of the day, you don’t always need the new phones to upgrade, the usage of the phones will always depend on the user.
I been having this for 3 years and its a steal.
