It’s that time of year again and that means one thing — lots of holiday package deliveries.
In this video, I walk you through how to protect your holiday package deliveries, covering security cameras, cameras with built-in motion lights, services that can deliver your packages inside of your home, and even smart padlocks that can hide and secure your deliveries.

Auto machine gun with face recognition might work😂
Great video! We have security camera but it doesn’t prevent it!
I just got it delivered to my office, they have 24/7 security
Hey one of the first
U locked a person in that storage shed.
Box lock seems to be the best.
No privacy. Buy at store, keep jobs for people. Make everyone happy.
In India, we make it easy in the first place. Every package is delivered only when you are at home.
Please do more videos like these. Great stuff!
Opt for amazon lockers or ups store pickup. The end.
I have a Ring doorbell and stick up camera so I am covered, also living in a good neighborhood helps, also my subdivision has locked mailboxes. Also Amazon has lockers that you can pick stuff up from. The Box Lock thing is a good idea though.
at the start of the video, the audio sync is off. audio is slightly ahead.
Don’t buy online or have packages sent to your business with your full name and business name on it…
I’m only here for Megan
I have the Nest doorbell and it can give you person alerts like the Arlo. It also tells me if someone retrieves a package. I’ve had small packages detected not just 8x10 and larger.
Easy. Dont buy off amazon and support your local high Street retailers
Great video
The easiest and most affordable solution is to just have your package delivered to work if you’re not going to be home.
Or just get a PO Box and get your packages delivered to them through the street addressing program.
Yeah.…you wire up a motion detector to a servo , conected to the trigger of a paint ball gun..
And fill that thing with some neurological paralytic filled balls…
That way if someone gets on your porch…their still there when you get home.….trippin’ balls and unable to move.…by the time the police get there to pick them up..
You could have them convinced they are still nothing more than a tiny embyro trying to find the wall of the uteris , of the dog they are in…
SowndGod.…
It always seemed crazy when I saw packages naively dropped outside in the US. Unimaginable in 3rd world countries.
Delivery guys always phone me before coming and at times when I don’t pick up phone they just wait for me to call back and ask me at which time will I be at home,so that they could deliver it to me directly
Also most of the delivery agencies will deliver the package to neighbour if you ask them to do so and phone you back when package is handed over to neighbour
and
Never ever I saw packages or parcels just placed at door without recipient signing or conforming a package as received.
This is dumb. Amazon should promote a smart mailbox(package box). I also hear car that unlock the truck by delivery code
You are not protecting your packages if they still walk away with them. You are a complete idiot if you let a stranger in your house. Boxes should also be not visible from the street.
well done! very funny
“You cold just require a signature” I am trying avoid human contact ordering online.
Why do packages just get left at the door in us? Here in the UK if you’re not in it goes to your neighbours and if they don’t answer or you don’t want that it goes back to the depot
🎊
Nice booty on the delivery cutie😬
Sadly, having a video camera will NOT stop porch pirates from stealing your stuff. You know what will.…hold for pickup. Police can’t do anything with a photo of a bad guy and the likelihood of getting your package back is very low. I personally don’t risk it.
The best security for theft. a big noisy dog
How do you stop a guy in a Halloween costume from stealing your packages?
3:40 THAT would definitively freak me out.
