Just ordered a case for my galaxy s23 ultra, hope­ful­ly I get the case before the phone cones out.

Set­tled for One­Plus 9 5g through t‑mobile (win­ter mist) haha. Any­how saw your 9 & 9 pro video wlater­case thrown in at the end and thought that ough­ta cov­er that PINK biatch up. Haha had no idea you actu­al­ly made these. This is 2 days ago and phone will be here today and case is in Depew, NY. Oh well. Thanks for doing what you do… Lew.

The truth about lat­er­case? They’re garbage. I ordered one for on my fold 4. 

I put the case on and it lift­ed the cor­ners of my front screen pro­tec­tor. I tried the case with the pro­tec­tor off, and even with the tiny adhe­sive strip in the front part of the case, it chipped a small por­tion of paint off the front of my phone. I regret try­ing one and now I have a chip on the frame of my phone.

Cry babies will nev­er be sat­is­fied no mat­ter how much you try to soothe them Lew!

Sor­ry but the lat­er case looks shit

Inter­est­ing, I saw this plugged on a recent iPhone 15 UBT video, so thought I would take a look. Did­n’tt real­ize it was designed and owned in house by the cre­ator, but makes sense. With all due respect, I am more of an MKBHD guy, but there is no deny­ing the growth and dom­i­nant foothold of this chan­nel for tech enthu­si­asts, so kudos to him on engage­ment. I am not a fan of the over­ly min­i­mal­ist look and func­tion, regard­less of the val­ue prop, which I am sure mir­rors that of sliced bread, but I do have a friend who swears off cas­es. I can under­stand this — you shell out some­times thou­sands on a pret­ty new device, not to men­tion the count­less hours spent decid­ing not just on spec and mod­el, but the num­ber expres­sion of one’s self vis a vis colour choice and over­all aes­thet­ic, because they all do the same things any­ways, right? Hav­ing worked in prod­uct mar­ket­ing for a major tel­co for over a decade, it was easy to say that I was “spoilt” when it came to smart­phones, or any relat­ed tech for that mat­ter i.e wear­ables, audio, health & fit­ness etc.. That said, I have cracked and shat­tered my share of devices in my day, absolute­ly nev­er due to neg­li­gent behav­iour on my part par­tial­ly (or heav­i­ly) induced by ine­bri­a­tion as a result of alco­hol con­sump­tion (nev­er), and had the peace of mind know­ing I had a draw­er full of device replace­ments at my dis­pos­al — great life, I know. Now, I a just a reg­u­lar con­sumer (I am doing much bet­ter career wise fyi, just speak­ing to the unde­ni­able perks of work­ing in this indus­try), so I am lot more care­ful with my devices. Usu­al­ly have a smor­gas­bord of cas­es at my dis­pos­al to match my mood or fit (yes, very Gen X of me as a millennial…forever young) and gen­er­al­ly do grav­i­tate to some­thing more sleek and mod­u­lar, but will nev­er be mar­ried to just one option — prob­a­bly why my sneak­er col­lec­tion could out­fit my entire neigh­bour­hood, but I digress — anoth­er sto­ry for anoth­er page). That said, I man­aged the acces­so­ry port­fo­lio of my car­ri­er I was employed with (and still a comped cus­tomer in terms of rate due to my awe­some tenure ;…no phone bill 13 years run­ning), so I was privy to the back­end costs and prof­it mar­gins of said pro­tec­tive solu­tions. Yes, like most com­modi­tized and over­ly sat­u­rat­ed non-tech­ni­cal prod­ucts, the mar­gins were amaz­ing, as you can imag­ine from units almost always being pro­duced a lot cheap­er in Chi­na., Let’s just say land­ed cost on some­thing from a top man­u­fac­tur­er that is being sold for $40–50 to the end con­sumer would­n’t even be able to cov­er your.morning Star­bucks order — there are notable excep­tions, well one for sure, and that would be the big boy that sells you its prod­ucts, of course com­ing with the claim that it is the best of the best and ill-advis­ed­ly decid­ing to pro­tect your phone with any­thing oth­er than an OEM Apple case will cause it to self-destruct — yes, this is joke…didn’t mean to wor­ry all the Android users here, iykyk. Wow, iron­i­cal­ly my com­ment which has mor­phed itself into a dis­ser­ta­tion, which odd­ly mir­rors the half hour length of a case video…yeah I know, I did­n’t watch I must admit but it is play­ing as I am draft­ing this…going on at least 5 min­utes with my Mac­Book Air lag­ging fit­ting­ly, but that’s what you’re trolling the poor dude for aren’t you? For the record, he will be fine. The fact that you click and care enough to antag­o­nize him for as trusty key­board war­riors . TLDR: well there isn’t real­ly one, because it is all sub­jec­tive, But now work­ing in the social media influ­encer indus­try (wow, there are a lot of par­al­lels here, so it did war­rant this the­sis), dude is major play­er in the game. I do well, but also hav­ing expo­sure to high end cre­ator income is absolute­ly bonkers. He’s just try­ing to par­lay his fol­low­ing into money…same way all your favourite cre­ators pause their video 167 times to sell you on sports bet­ting, home meal kits and cyber secu­ri­ty VPNs which have changed their lives., Per­son­al­ly, and there may be more options, but all I see is car­bon fibre in the page design…and while this was cool dur­ing my HTC M‑series days where I wrapped that bad boy in a D‑brand (MKBHD found his way in here, where are my resid­u­als?), I just don’t see this as some­thing visu­al­ly appeal­ing in 2023..at least give me a good clear case (NON YELLOWING FOLKS, yes, they exist) and I am good to go.…let the man make his coin, but I will pass on mak­ing my phone look like the inte­ri­or of a Sub­aru’s after­mar­ket dash­board wrap cir­ca Fast and the Furi­ous Tokyo Drift days (a sleep­er in the fran­chise, btw).…OK, I am done…if you made it this far, you may need more help than me, so hmu in the DM and we can chat life.…Cheers!

Just ordered my first lat­er case for the 15 pro. Got a nice clear case from Ver­i­zon but it’s a lit­tle fucked cause it was clear­ly devel­oped before the dimen­sions for the action but­ton were shown and I can’t press it with the case on😂 so the lat­er case will be helpful
