Does­n’t Dizney own ABC? Maybe I have that wrong, but I expect­ed orig­i­nals from ABC to be avail­able on Dizney+.

Net­flix has def­i­nite­ly stepped up their game. Not only do they have great orig­i­nals, they have been releas­ing excel­lent movies so far, with the likes of the Irish­man and Mar­riage Story!

Let’s face it, all these ser­vices have some great things to offer but when you have a spe­cif­ic taste you real­ly can’t do with­out DVD/Blu-rays. Take Jaws for instance. It was on Net­flix and then it’s not any­more so you nev­er know how long you will have it at your dis­pos­al. Sec­ond­ly, on the DVDs/ Blu-rays you have tons of extra mate­r­i­al, a nice pack­age and a book­let. If you are a fan of small­er films, clas­sic come­dies (in my case The Marx broth­ers) or music (concerts/documentaries) but not a fan of Michael Jack­son or Justin Bieber but a fan of Jimi Hen­drix then none of these ser­vices will cater for you. Con­clu­sion: if you have a very broad/ gen­er­al taste then they are great but oth­er­wise they are okay but not enough.

HBO MAX is great too.
Net­flix uuumm movies are stale.

Would love to see a vid on Edu­ca­tion­al Stream­ing Ser­vices — Can’t find a sin­gle video on youtube ded­i­cat­ed to that (although peo­ple always have spon­sors from them etc) — Eg. Curios­i­ty Stream, Gaia, Skill Share, Ude­my, Mind­val­ley, Mas­ter­class, Neb­u­la, Dis­cov­ery Plus, (Bril­liant) etc etc.

Every­thing is indi­an here. Even though I’m not liv­ing in India but our Net­flix and Ama­zon prime is full of Hin­di movie and now they includ­ed Tamil and Mol­ly­wood maybe in the future they will include Sri Lan­ka who knows.
