LG leads 8k TVs
this week , went to an LG Authoriized retail store , they had 1 in stock , just 1 . 43UN7300PUF. 2020 model at MSRP 329 , At the check out register , ready to pay ‚…the manager guy says the box needs to be opened to see if the screen is busted( Store Policy ) . I stopped . Not paying anything . He has his minion open the box , they finger up the display, and plug it in with it’s power cord right there at the check out stand . No rubber gloves , Issues putting it back into the box . All Sloppy.
I walk out the door . I never paid for it . The TV still belong to the store . The store can do anything they want to the TV . They then had an Open Item ready for Referb .
I will Never go back to that store . now , i am waiting for 2021 models . hey it’s only 12 months away . done with 2020 models . No other local places for LG ( walmart is NOT allowed to sell 43UN7300PUF )
At LG’s website , the “Where to Buy” shows the Top 5 or so icons of LG Authoriezed retail stores , and this store is one of those . All that effort to make the product, ship it ‚… just to send it right back for referb. what a waste .

BOUGHTA NEW LG TV. TOOK IT HOME & THE SCREEN DID OT WORK. CALLED SUPPORT LOCATED IN VIETNAM. THEYWERE NOT MUCH HELP. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE EXTRA PROTECTION WARRANTY OR YOUR SCREWED
